The main patio stretches the width of the unit, dining set with umbrella, and has poolside views. The second patio is off the second bedroom backing onto the kitchen and features south mountain views.

Mesquite Country Club is located 5 minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole public golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained. Phase IV is not located on the golf course.
