Palm Springs Condo - Central Location, Free Airport Parking

Bright, fun and clean condo in one of Palm Springs best maintained developments. Central to everything in the area, this unit was completely renovated in May of 2023 and boasts all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen that is a chef's delight. Living room has a 65" television with AppleTV. Two large bedrooms each have King sized beds and bathroom en suites - perfect for guests who want privacy.

Situated directly across the street from the Palm Springs airport but clear of the flight path, enjoy the convenience and cost savings of leaving your vehicle in a gated community and taking a short 10 min walk to make your flight. Electric vehicle charging stations on property (charging costs are separate).

La Palme is a smoke free condo complex that has 6 pools, 6 hot tubs and 3 tennis courts. Please note a cleaning fee of $125 is charged for a cleaning service to come to the unit at minimum once a month.

We enjoyed a month's stay at this property and were very happy with our choice. The host was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The space was clean, uncluttered and well appointed for a long stay. Brandon provided lots of extras in the kitchen and baths and it was easy to find everything. Although the property is very near the airport (so convenient for flying in), there isn't a lot of overhead flight noise and really just some low-level background noise that we never found intrusive. The complex and pools are very well cared for and we enjoyed the views over the pool. We'd be happy to be hosted by Brandon again in the future!

Palm Springs Getaway

Spent a wonderful month in Palm Springs. Our stay was enhanced by the beautiful condo we stayed in, owned by Brandon. Great place, perfect location (across from airport), restaurants nearby. Brandon has done a great job making his condo a home away from home for renters. One couldn’t ask for more!

Fabulous Property and Host

Short and Simple: the host Brandon is friendly, responsive and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more. The condo unit and property are 10/10. The condo was spotlessly clean, and nicely furnished. Like living in someone’s custom private residence. As for La Palme, it’s quiet at the pools, and a great location for airport access, nearby Felipe’s Mexican restaurant, Carousel bakery and Tahquitz Play Cafe all of which we recommend. You should have a car if staying for any length of time in Palm Springs but if not this is right near a bus stop on the line that will take you into town for $1. Five star, ten out of ten, not much more to say.

Perfect Palm Springs Vacation

We absolutely loved 52 LaPalme! Everything about it. It is stylishly and comfortably appointed, excluding a kind of zen elegance: impeccable attention to detail. We loved the morning sunlight flooding the living room and the balcony overlooking the pool. The unit feels spacious, easily accommodating us and our dog for two months as well as friends who visited for five days. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve seen in a VRBO. We also appreciated the entire complex which is lovely and very well maintained. Great location. Last, but not least, Brandon is a most gracious host. He had a welcome note waiting for us on arrival and checked in with us after about a week to see how things were going and ask if we had questions. He promptly forwarded all information from the HOA that pertained to work being done that could impact us. Best of all, he provided a treasure trove of information about the condo, the complex, and the greater Palm Springs area.
