"New Prestigious Townhome, 1 of 4" Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville. This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd floor entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills.
4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens (one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor). Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills.
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests.
Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. The access code will be emailed within 24 hours of scheduled visit.
Our home comes with 2 parking spots in the garage for parking along w/ ample property parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times

Bachelorette Trip

10/10 recommend for location, comfort, and amenities! The place is beautiful, spacious, and all of the beds are SO comfy. My and friends and I went for a bachelorette and it was a super quick Uber ride to get to Broadway and the Gulch. It’s a gated area with a security guard at night which is definitely an added bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nashville weekend

This property is very nice and we loved the close access to so many things in Nashville! The only concern that we had was the neighborhood. It’s located right next to some sketchy houses and hopefully more buildings/units like this can be built to improve the neighborhood!

We planned our bachelorette party with a VRBO home close to Broadway. The property was near all major points of interest in Nashville and Music Row. There was a gated entry, security system and nighttime Secuirty which helped make us feel super safe. The property owner was super helpful and friendly to work with pre visit and during our visit.

Perfect Nashville NYE Celebration

Rented the unit for a family NYE event, the property was perfect. We had 6 adult family members and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, which is always a plus. The unit was clean and very nicely decorated, the rooftop hot tub and view of downtown Nashville, amazing. We had a minor issue with the garage door, I called the property manager and a very nice maintenance man arrived in a few minutes and fixed the door within minutes. We were all very pleased and would highly recommend!

Great Stay

Great stay. Close Uber/Lyft rides to Broadway. Convenient location to everywhere else. The area seems to be industrial. We had no issues with the location, however listing says there is a security guard for the weekends but we didn’t see one. Host was great, we had to text about a gate issue at 2am and they were able to respond and get a maintenance person out to us in the morning. Gate was fixed before we woke up. Beds are comfy! Thank you for the stay.

Perfect Place for a large group 10/10!!!!

It is incredibly hard to find a place near downtown Nashville that will host 12 people. It is even harder to find a decent priced place! This was all of the above! Less than 2 miles from Broadway and 2 miles from The Gulch, uber rides are not too expensive. Additionally, if your group is not feeling up to exploring the city, the condo is a perfect hangout spot with the rooftop view. There was also not a single area of the 3 story condo that was unclean. Everything was in perfect condition! I cannot say enough nice things about the hostess. The check in and check out process was incredibly straightforward. Will 100% be booking again.

Family vacation

Very clean. Multiple rooms, and restrooms as well as 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms made this ideal for our group. The ability to do laundry was great. The rooftop hot tub was really a delight. Nice to have a garage as the area is a bit of a walk to attractions.

Nashville is a Wild Ride!

Great stay. Really took advantage of the roof views with top hot tub, fireplace, etc. Clean, cool and close enough to everything. Didn't realize Nashville was the stairs capital of North America. Be prepared to get your steps in! Would return without a doubt.

Nice place

We had a really nice stay at the vrbo. The house is beautiful and had so much room for my group of 10 girls! The outside neighborhood is a little run down but you can tell they are trying to build it back up. DeRon did a great job at making us feel safe and there was even a security guard when we came back from the bars. Overall it was a great trip!
