Everywhere you look you see absolute beauty. Sea Colony is a great place to stay with many amenities. I would recommend it to families, and couples young or older.

Beautiful Bethany But.....

It's a great Sea Colony rental. That's if your unit is cleaned. Ours had a used rubber glove in the bedroom. Urine and paper in a toilet. As well as snotty blood on the bathroom door. Other than that, this is a fine unit, that our family has stayed at for years. Unfortunately Vacasa was notified of the unwelcoming check in. Verbally no communication

The only this 702 Annapolis has going for it is a beautiful view of the ocean for morning coffee, sunrises and star gazing at night. Just keep in mind this is a rental and might not meet your expectations.

Wonderful Birthday celebation

We enjoyed our short stay at the Sea colony resort. From the moment we booked we had a open line of communications. As mentioned in my title we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and wanted to be at a Vrbo that was right on the water in BETHANY BEACH. Everything about our accommodations were what was advertised. We would recommend if you are looking for a getaway that right on the ocean then this location is for you.

Mother/daughter trip

My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times.

Can’t beat the location, kitchen had all the right dishes and cooking items. Was very comfy for 2 people. Fixtures and hare are on the apartment are all outdated, but was very clean.

Great location and property

We went during the off-season but the weather was still beautiful and the property is located within walking distance of downtown Bethany and a short drive to the many great restaurants on Fenwick Island. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Issues

The stay would have been great except a few issues! Minor issue was tv remove batteries dead and dishwasher was full of water at the bottom that stunk! Call for a service call and those issues were quickly resolved. The main problem which was unacceptable was lack of beach chairs and umbrella out front of the building. There was no way physically possible for my husband and I to walk to the Edgewater building the first three days of our vacation! We missed half of our days on the beach for the week!! We go to Bethany to go to the beach. A large resort like this should have hired another company to have beach chair and umbrella rentals. Very disappointed with trip due to this! Very!

Good stay, but.....

The property was very good -- the view was spectacular. However, there were 4 things wrong that I reported to the Mgmt team promptly: 1. Outside light was out (fixed on next to last dayZ); 2. Toilet in half bath did not flush properly (never did fix it); 3. TV in bedroom didn't work (attempted to fix it, but did not) & 4. Bathtub did not drain (we bought Drano). Again, no one responded to our calls until I sent a very aggressive voice message to them. Poor Service. Too bad because we enjoyed the condo very much

I stayed for a 3-day weekend. The condo I rented presented a beautiful view of the ocean & beach. I love the sound of the ocean. It made my stay even more relaxing. The only complaint I have is when my car was parked in the garage, there was some weird moisture falling from the top of the garage. It left some really ugly spots on my car. I had to use a good car cleaner to get it off.

Clean, well-appointed condo

Our family had a great time at Sea Colony, and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. The owner left everything one could need, including board games and books, along with basic items. It was clean and had an incredible view of the ocean. We'll definitely stay there again.

Location is Everything with a few missed details

We stayed here for the view. The new couches were much appreciated but the living room furniture layout was really strange. We wound up moving it around. The large sofa doesn't even look out at the ocean and the TV is on an awkward little stand next to the loveseat. We weren't there to watch TV so that was fine. We slept well in the bed. Everything with exception of the sofas is stuck in the 1990s but the place was clean. We could have used more standard sized coffee mugs. There were only a couple and we used two each morning which meant we had to hand wash them each time. Not a huge deal but the drinking glasses were extremely plentiful and you could use several a day without worrying about what was clean. There was a set of very small mugs but they weren't a typical coffee mug size and useless for us. All in all, we were happy with the place for what we paid. The view, of course, always makes up for things that are lacking. We had one issue with the screen door and they were quick to come get it for fixing.
