Ce condo vient de recevoir plus de 25 000 $. 00 de nouvelle salle de bain, nouveaux meubles de salon et draperies, chaises de balcon Ă  frais refaites Ă  neuf, matelas et sommiers NEW FIRM. Comptoir du concessionnaire dans la cuisine avec un nouveau robinet. nouveaux robinets dans toutes les salles de bain et bien plus encore. vous allez adorer le nouveau look.
Ce condo Ocean Front est un condo design qui reçoit un traitement spécial chaque année - il ne cesse de s'améliorer. Ce condo est différent de la plupart. Vous serez trÚs impressionné. Mon unité est au troisiÚme étage. Vous avez une belle vue dégagée sur l'océan et la plage. Les chares extérieurs sont trÚs spéciaux - pas les chares en plastique cheep que tout le monde a. J'ai payé 700 $. 00 par chaise. Vous vous sentirez comme un roi et une reine assis sur ces chaises dans ce condo trÚs spécial. De plus, cette unité a des miroirs mur à mur. Cela rend l'endroit plus grand et vous avez une vue sur l'océan.

L'hÎtel Carousel est à cÎté de cette propriété. Le carrousel de renommée mondiale a de nombreux équipements que vous pouvez utiliser, y compris la patinoire et ses restaurants et bars ect. (Wi-Fi de la carte de crédit du Condo Building requis

Great location! Great view of the ocean. Host great to work with. Love the open shower with full glass doors. Kitchen great other than no pot holders, and only has 1 big baking sheet.

Great Place for My wife and I. We have stayed at multiple places over the years in Ocean City. There was a perfect unobstructed view of the beach and ocean waves, nice and quiet, and very relaxing. The Host, Mark was amazing with great communication, it was just a great stay overall. I highly recommend the condo if you want an enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing stay.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appropriated. The furnishings were attractive and the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 11 days and unfortunately only had 3 1/2 days of sun. That being said, the view from the balcony was spectacular which made our stay wonderful despite the weather.

It had been 3 years ago when we first stayed for a week and we were pleased except for it having streaming vs. cable previously. He was helpful guiding us through the two tv systems. The new walk-in shower was very nice. Just the right amount of kitchen stuff, except a veggie bin needed fixing. The lockbox has seen better days, performed poorly, not opening with correct code, except after 10 minutes of frustrating attempts. No change in interior furnishings, the outdoor cushions wore well, but the host's family photos & press release adorning the apartment was not there last time as we recall.

Memorial Day Get Away

Direct Ocean front Condo with excellent view, easy walk to beach. Condo is immaculately clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped for those choosing to eat in. Everything was in good working order, except ice maker. Booked for 5 nights, Extended my stay additional 4 days. Daughter and granddaughter joined me for 2 nights. Mark, the owner was easy to work with. Will definitely return in future.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful, sunny, jam packed week with our family staying 3 streets over. The location of this condo is great. It’s convenient to everything and it’s a bonus this is beach front property. Mark, the owner, is thorough with check in instructions and quick to respond if you have any questions or need help with any issues.

I think of them as my own personal homes that I also rent out... sooooo when you stay at one my signature designer vacation condos you can be sure that they are special in every way. If you dont know this yet its good to know. Most people treat there vacation condos as a business and only upgrade or fix when its way to late if at all. This is the 1st Property I bought. It is where I spent my summers from 1971 to 1976 on the Ocean City Beach Patrol. My heart is here. I bought this condo at Ocean Walk Condominium because it is a Low rise not a high rise. The building is only 5 stories high. So you can get into and out of this condo complex with great ease. As compared to the high rise condominium. At check in and out you will noltice the difference
 At the high rise condominiums there is a bottle neck and waiting for elevators. Also this complex is very well maintained by the board.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The benefits of this condo is that it is next to the Carousel Hotel. You can walk next door and use most all of there facilities
 but not the pool. They have a ice skating rink arcade, big spaces for kids to run around while you are having a drink and or Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
 they have live music playing out side at there out side bar
 also, in front of our condo is a great beach not that crowed. This unit is on the 3rd floor so you are positioned just right for your view.
