- **Maximum Adults:** Please note that a maximum of 8 adults (age 18 and older) is allowed.
- **Parking Limit:** The property provides parking for a maximum of 4 cars.
- **Security Cameras:** For security purposes, exterior cameras, including a RING doorbell, are installed. Disabling or obscuring these cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and forfeiture of the damage deposit. Your safety is our priority.

As such, Coolidge Falls has a STRICT speed limit, garbage disposal and quiet hours policies that MUST be followed by all of our guests. Not adhering to the policies is a finable offense at Coolidge Falls and if fined, will be automatically deducted from your deposit.
