Welcome to this beautiful 4 story duplex on South Broadway. Located in the heart of the city you are just minutes to downtown via car or Uber, walking distance to south Broadway featuring fun restaurants & bars, close to Denver University and Pearl Street. This home features a high end modern feel! Just Built in 2020 all new appliances etc! Main floor bathroom, high end kitchen, garage door in living room that leads out to the hot tub. 2nd Floor Bedroom with King bed & private bathroom, laundry on this level & a large Master bedroom with luxury shower & Tub, 3rd floor office area and yoga space, and an amazing rooftop patio with a fire pit and wet bar! Two basement Bedrooms - one with King bed and private bathroom & another with a Queen bed. Home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest! Ample street parking! Easy to get to Red Rocks as well!

Owner and Property Manager were very responsive to texts / questions. The property was just like what was represented in the photos. The most well stocked kitchen (plates, bowels, cups, silverware, appliances, spices etc.) that I have ever seen in a VRBO. Several good restaurants within walking distance of the property. 10-15 min drive / Uber ride to downtown. Under 15 miles to the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a delightful stay, and we really enjoyed this property. We had a minor issue with the crib in the pictures not actually being at the home -- but the hosts were there within 45 minutes with a pack and play. We really appreciated their quick response and solution. The rest of the home and stay were near perfect. This is a fantastic stay for those who want a big space to gather, dine, watch sports, etc., and be together comfortably. We had 8 adults and 3 kiddos and never felt on top of each other. We recommend this property!

Amazing property we went up to watch the fight for my husbands birthday and the property was absolutely perfect. Very clean great amenities and so much space. They had everything that was needed and was very helpful with our stay. Would definitely book again if we were going to Denver

There is a smell from something we could not identify. Its a sewer smell, especially noticable when you come in from outside. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. All of us had a good time.

Just As Advertised

We had a lovely time here over a weekend! The house is beautiful and well appointed. There are many rooms in the house and plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop balcony and bar were absolutely lovely and the pictures of the hot tub don’t do it justice, it’s larger than it looks! All around great stay, I will be back!

Great Space

This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had.

Mountain Getaway

Beautiful home. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were responded to in a timely manner. Beds on second floor were comfortable. Would have enjoyed sitting out back with hot tub but no outdoor seating provided. Enjoyed an evening with the fire pit on the rooftop. Always able to park out front. Close drive to area attractions.

Great stay in Denver

We had a great trip to Denver. The house worked out perfectly and had just about everything we needed. The communication with the owners are excellent and they provided quick answers to any questions we had. The house is a great setup with a lot of room and is a really convenient location. My only critique would be that outdoor furniture/somewhere to sit around the hot tub would be a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this as a great place for a group to stay!

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay. Decent places are very hard to find in the Denver area. The home is well-decorated, updated and very clean. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property.
