Le tramway est Ă  moins de dix minutes pour se garer et se rendre Ă  Lodo qui propose du thĂ©Ăątre, des restaurants et des musĂ©es. Le centre commercial Cherry Creek est Ă  environ 3 km.
Toutes les chambres de cette adresse prestigieuse sont grandes avec des plafonds voûtés et des arcades courbes. Il y a deux foyers au gaz, ardoise et parquet. Wonderful Comfortable Stay

This is a very special place. It is well decorated, very comfortable, and in a safe beatiful neighborhood with large old trees. There are special touches throughout the house. Every time I'd go into a room I'd notice another unique beautiful art piece or knick knack. The kitchen is about as well stocked and equipped as any VRBO I've been in. I'd definitely stay again.

BEWARE owner watches you on VIDEO. On a gorgeous day someone from my family opened a casement window to let air in. We also had the hot tub going for later use. It was 12 noon on New Year’s Eve and we visited a nearby park for some time outside. Within a couple minutes of leaving the owner called my cell to yell at me for leaving the window open. Midday in a nice neighborhood but I guess he was worried someone would break in and steal something. Given the window I’m not sure if this was even possible. We had a group - how was he sure no one else was in the home?Despite being very irritated at this breach of privacy, I did apologize, because it was an honest mistake. I offered to return and close it, but he said he wanted to do it himself.I gave him limited permission to enter to close the window, but after returning, we discovered that he had walked through the entire house and went to the backyard to turn off the power to the hot tub. Not a button or turn down the temperature setting, the actual main switch from the power box. The neighbors were also very nosy and expressed uncomfortable interest in us being there for a week. My young kids got interrogated while they were playing in the front yard. A house this big in this expensive of a neighborhood should attract sophisticated travelers in groups. At this price point we expect a lot more than this. This kind of stuff is what gives STRs a bad name. We’ll be staying in a hotel for our next Denver‘s visit.
Doorknob broken. 2 were like this, and the latch to the front door did not engage properly. Owner said he knew about this before rental.

The dining table is very narrow and not really usable. They left instructions basically saying the chairs were very old and fragile as well. Not a functional dining room.

Fall Break

We came to this fabulous home for a nice five day visit with our daughter who is attending DU. We especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as Washington Park. The home was very nice and spacious. We appreciated the good communication and the smooth check in process.

Commencement HQ

We needed a place for family to gather for a CU graduation. Our family came from different states with different arrivals and departures so, booking one place solved our logistic problems. Better yet, this house is in Observatory park, walking distance from my sisters house. We love the neighborhood! The house has everything you need. Very spacious, 4 bedroom home. The house was perfect.

University Park House

The house was spacious and well appointed. The outdoor space allowed for time to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and reflecting on our busy itineraries in the evening. The location of the property provided convenient access to key Denver activities including the zoo and Coors Field for a ball game. We made good use of the ample kitchen space for cooking and dining at the breakfast bar. The convenience of a first floor washer-dryer allowed us to stay caught up on laundry midweek. There were a few minor upkeep items that should be addressed, but overall this was a great place for our family to gather during our weeklong stay.

Amazing VRBO

We had an amazing stay. We use VRBO a lot and have never stayed at a house that is nicer. Great space, great art and decor throughout, beautiful patio, enormous master. Just a great house. Our son is a freshman at DU and we brought our four nieces to come visit, had 7 total in the house, and we had a wonderful stay. Our host was as easy as any host I have ever worked with.
