Family friendly relaxing vacation

Although the condo itself needed an update (there were just minor repairs that were needed. For example, closet doors broken and lights burnt out). However, that did not impact our vacation at all. The ocean view from the balcony and one bedroom is outstanding. The town and beach are very clean and relaxing. Sea Colony resort is top notch!

Not Great

A great view and well equipped kitchen are about the only positive things I can say about this unit. Not very comfortable and wasn’t quite as pictured due to broken and dirty furniture. Lots of similar properties at comparable price out there. Wish I’d chosen something a little more comfortable and appealing.

Great views, dirty condo

The condo had very dirty floors, showers, and air filter that hadn’t been changed since March with caked on dust/dirt. There were no cleaning supplies to clean ourself. After talking to Vacasa, they sent over house cleaning again, however there was still clumps of hair in the shower from previous guests and the floors were still very dirty.

View and amenities of the campus can't be beat !

Great for a short stay. Only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 were slightly sandy floors , lack of enough spoons 🤷 , and just some general updating needed.

This condo is very dated. Furnishings, bathrooms extremely basic. If none of that matters to you, then this is the place for you. Beautiful view of the beach and everything was in working order. As long as you don’t care about the aesthetics, then I would recommend this.

Great time with a great view

Spacious balcony facing NORTH, which is ideal. No sun glaring in (but not moon rise either). Parking a little confusing and limited. Note that the condo parking place is big enough to hold 2 cars. To find it, face Farragut House and the parking place is 100 feet to the left. Also, most spaces are reserved, but some are not reserved near the road. Gym and pool facilities were good. Abundant food stores are up Rt. 26. Needless to say, the Atlantic Ocean was great. Condo provided ocean lifeguard until 1st week of October.

our stay at sea colony

a nice place to stay, a few annoyances: balcony door went very hard, coffee pot didn't work til i unclogged it, ac was noisy and washer was very noisy. We did have a good time tho. My friends were impressed with the sea colony complex except the price of pool ammenaties when only one pool was open. We are anticipating a stay there again next year.

Nice condo with some housekeeping issues

The condo is in a nice location with a great view and sleeps the advertised number of people comfortably. However, upon arrival we noticed some lapses in housekeeping. Upon arrival we noticed that the bunk beds and the living room floors were covered with sand. In addition some of the pans were simply a health hazard with the Teflon coating severely peeling off.

Just like when I was a kid

Great place, minor upgrades are nice from when I spent my summers here as kid. Reserved parking spot can hold two cars for this unit which was nice because we were given only two passes for 3 cars. We just parked 2 in the spot with one pass and nobody bothered us. The $25 fee per person was a little much. $250 and only 3 people used the 1 outdoor pool that was open and the indoor pool was open only 1 day of our 4 night stay. Bad timing I guess, not the unit owners fault. The unit was outstanding, the property perks were not worth the $25 per person fee and nobody ever asked to check our badge.

Peaceful Mini Vacation

Great location and great space for family of 4. Unit has everything you would need and more. Great seeing the oven each morning from our deck!! Cute town and not too crowded. Good time to visit. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Needed some maintenance during our stay

We had a great time and were overall happy with our room and our entire vacation. The reason for the lower rating was that the door was broken and we were nearly locked in and out of the room. When we called maintenance, their idea of fixing the issue was to just tape it up, so the door would not close all the way unless it was locked. Other than that, it was a great trip!
