* This is a non-smoking resort
* This resort is a mixed-use facility. The South Tower common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort.
* Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed.
* Resort amenities are available, except where prohibited by state or local mandate.

Therefore, once the cancellation deadline has passed, we cannot offer a refund in full or in part for any reason including (but not limited to) Covid related issues, (other than full resort closures), natural disasters, flight issues or delays or personal change of plans.

This information must be provided at the time of booking in order for the reservation to be finalized.
