The surrounding area is active and walkable, so you can expect pedestrian activity throughout the day, especially during popular events, weekends, and busy travel periods.

PARKING, TRAILERS & MOTORCYCLES
One of the advantages of staying in a private home is having convenient parking close to your door.

The driveway is narrow, but most guests are able to park larger vehicles and trailers.

Guests traveling with motorcycles or motorcycle trailers often use the space near the white fence at the front of the property or use the long driveway.


BIKER FRIENDLY
Coming for Bike Week, Biketoberfest, or another Daytona event?

Beach Escape is biker friendly and offers the convenience of staying in a private home rather than navigating hotel parking garages or crowded condo lots.

Having your vehicle, motorcycles, or trailer close to the house makes arrival and departure much easier.

GOLF CART RENTALS
Golf carts are not included with the rental because of insurance requirements.

However, several local golf cart companies offer rentals in the Daytona Beach area and may provide delivery and pickup directly at the house.

If you’re interested in having a golf cart during your stay, you can arrange one through a nearby rental company.

SELF CHECK-IN
We provide your entry code shortly before your arrival so you can enjoy easy, contactless check-in.

No front desk. No waiting in line. No elevator ride.

Simply arrive, park, enter your code, and start your vacation.

EARLY CHECK-IN
We love helping guests begin their vacation early whenever possible.

Early check-in depends on the previous guest’s departure time and our cleaning schedule. Because the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared between every reservation, an early arrival cannot always be guaranteed.

If you would like to arrive early, send us a message on the day of your stay. If the house is ready, we’ll be happy to let you know.

CLEANING & CARE
We take pride in thoroughly cleaning and preparing Beach Escape between every guest.

This is a family beach home, and we appreciate guests treating it with the same care they would give their own home.

Because Florida has a warm, tropical climate, insects and wildlife are also part of coastal living. Keeping doors closed, storing food properly, and cleaning up crumbs and spills helps keep unwanted visitors outside where they belong.

SECURITY
Exterior security cameras are located on the outside corners of the house. These cameras are used primarily for property security when the home is vacant.There are no cameras inside the home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Florida weather and travel conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if storms, hurricanes, flight delays, cancellations, or other unexpected travel issues could affect your trip.

A REAL FAMILY BEACH HOUSE
Beach Escape is not a hotel or a commercial high-rise rental. It’s a real family beach bungalow designed to give guests more room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy Daytona Beach together.

Spend long days by the ocean, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower, enjoy dinner together, play a game, watch a movie, or simply relax after exploring Daytona.

We created this home because we believe vacations are about spending time with the people you care about.

HOUSE GUIDELINES
The primary renter should be at least 23 years old, unless an exception has been approved in advance.

Beach Escape is located in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of those who live nearby.

No loud parties or disruptive gatherings are permitted.

Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening and overnight hours.
