Our brand-new construction apartments offer everything you’ll need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Delightful Dunedin! Steps from the heart of downtown Dunedin, our quaint costal town offers amazing restaurants, shops, parks, breweries, festivals, night life, marina and Blue Jays baseball! Close to Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands and Clearwater Beach-award winning beaches! New heated pool!

The space
Our 2 story, Owl’s Nest Condo, features include:
All brand new amenities.
-Three bedrooms with closets
King master bedroom w/TV (2nd floor)
Queen bedroom (2nd floor)
Queen bedroom on 3rd floor w/TV
- 2 Living room/sitting areas with flat screen TVs and queen sleeper couches on 2nd and 3rd floors
-Full kitchen and dining area (2nd floor)
-Kitchenette with mini fridge (3rd floor)
-2 Full bathrooms, one on each floor
*As of March 4, 2024 Owl unit has been combined with Osprey unit to make a more spacious condo.

This is the second time we have stayed here and love this property. Location is GREAT. Very clean, well stocked. Love that there is a washer dyer and a pool on property. Owner easy to communicate with.

Perfect location to walk downtown to enjoy all the incredible shops and restaurants. Short drive to Honeymoon Island Park which we loved. Great family friendly Vrbo. Downtown Gem

Our family stayed here for my son’s graduation from college. We could not have asked for a better experience. We had 5 people in our party and the house was perfectly sized to accommodate all of us with room to spare. The house was immaculate when we arrived and we appreciated the water and cookies left out for us upon arrival. Also within walking distance to everything in downtown Dunedin. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great place, convenient location

The condo was spotless and had with everything you might need. It is nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The location was easy to find and a short walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping, the bike trail, and all that downtown Dunedin offers. We would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Pandion Point-Owl's Nest was an amazing place. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the location and enjoyed the BBQ grill and eating dinner outside. Highly recommend!!! We are already planning our next trip.

Perfect location and all you need there! Everything was as described and very clean! The property was minutes away from everything (by foot) and even had a brewery and cafe right next door! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Awesome property!!

Stayed for a few nights with my teen children to visit with my Dad who lives locally. Perfect house for this. Very clean and larger rooms than expected. Great location and loved the pool and the washer/dryer— made for easy enjoyable stay. Will definitely re-book for our next visit.
