The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac in Palm Harbor and is within 5 minutes of numerous dining and entertainment options. You're only 10 minutes from two county parks (John Chestnut & Anderson) with nature trails & boardwalks along the shoreline of Lake Tarpon. This 2500 acre lake is the largest in Pinellas County and offers great boating & fishing for the outdoorsman in your family. Clearwater Beach is only a 25 minute drive away and the small town of Dunedin and its many charming restaurants & craft breweries (15 mins.) are great options for nearby entertainment. The home is centrally located so you're only 30 minutes from the nightlife, great restaurants & numerous museum exhibits in Tampa or St. Pete. For your immediate shopping needs, Walmart & Publix supermarkets are located within 2 miles.

Both Tampa International and St.Pete/Clearwater International airports are only 25 minutes away. Busch Gardens is only 45 minutes away and day trips to Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios are only 90 minutes away.

This spacious 2300sf home has an open floor plan that flows onto the large patio and is beautifully furnished with tasteful paintings throughout. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need for cooking, serving and entertaining during your stay. The formal dining room seats 6 comfortably and the back room, which overlooks the pool, has a large table that can seat 10. Glass doors open to invite you outside into a tropically landscaped retreat with a beautiful clear blue pool. Pool floats are available and a child safety alarm is provided for parents to utilize with small children. For outdoor cooking, a large 4-burner gas grill is located on the oversized patio along with two tables with umbrellas and seating for 8. The amazing cabana & deck area is located right next to the pool and perfect for relaxing and watching the kids have a blast in the water!

For indoor entertainment, the living room has a 65” smart TV while the family room offers a 55” smart TV and the master bedroom is also set up with a 42” Smart TV. Spectrum cable offers over 200 channels for your viewing pleasure and guests can use their personal streaming services like Netflix, Prime or Hulu for expanded viewing options.

The comfortable beds throughout the home have brand new linens & pillows. There’s a king bed in the spacious master bedroom along with a walk-in closet. In two guest bedrooms there are queen beds and in the front bedroom there is a twin bed with a twin trundle bed. Altogether, 8 people are easily accommodated with plenty of closet space. The new air conditioning system thoroughly cools this home and there are ceiling fans in every room for your maximum comfort while retreating inside from the Florida sunshine.

Both beautifully renovated bathrooms have walk-in showers with thick safety glass enclosures and granite countertops (there are no bathtubs). Showers have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner & body wash and liquid soap is at all sink locations.

There is a laundry room with a high efficiency washer & dryer where laundry soap, bleach & softener sheets are provided. There’s a clothes steamer onsite with an iron & board. The driveway can accommodate parking for 4 cars with no street parking allowed. Four beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach toys, along with beach towels are provided for those trips to the sandy shores.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is always set at 98 degrees and can be adjusted up to 104 if so desired. No children under the age of 10 permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

Pool: The pool DOES NOT have a child safety fence and all children under the age of 10 are only permitted to swim in the pool under adult supervision. Use at your own risk.

In February & March there will be numerous leaves falling into the pool area so daily use of the skimmer net will need to be done by guest to keep pool attractive for swimming.
The pool can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge. See Below:
80 degrees for $150 (stays ranging from 3-7 days)
82 degrees for $200/week
84 degrees for $250/week
86 degrees for $300/week
* We have learned that when the outside temperature is below 60 degrees the heater may have a difficult time maintaining 80 degrees during the hours of the pump operation which is 7:00am-6:00pm. Overnight the pool will cool down and starts it's heating operation again at 7:00am.

Special Notes:
1. Unreasonable loud noise & music, parties or events are strictly prohibited. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm – 8am (violation of quiet hours will result in a $500 fine)

2. Garage not available for guest use. Homeowner uses this space for storage and cleaning supplies.

3. Do not set AC systems below 70 degrees (owner will be notified). They may freeze up and you'll be responsible for the additional cooling cost & repair bill. There are ceiling fans in ever room for your maximum comfort along with 4 box fans.
