Welcome to 25 Willow Oak Rd. West! Nestled in Sea Pines, this stunning property is perfect for families looking to relax and rejuvenate. You'll be a 10-min walk from Sea Pines Center, meaning quick access to top-notch restaurants, shops, and golf. Soak in the private pool, cook a lovely meal and dine outside in the covered patio, or sunbathe poolside on the sun loungers.

Living Spaces:
The cozy living room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa and a wet bar, complete with an ice maker, wine cooler, and microwave—perfect for entertaining. The family room, next to the living room, is perfect for quality time, while the spacious dining room accommodates meals and special occasions. The modern kitchen, equipped with all essentials, opens directly to the pool area for easy outdoor dining. A nearby laundry room ensures added convenience.

Heading down the right hallway, you'll find a comfortable king guest bedroom with access to the hallway bathroom. Great property with a pool and private backyard space to relax after exploring Hilton Head. Convenient location very close to Sea Pines golf courses (5 min to Harbour Town) and only a few minutes drive to stores, shopping and nightlife. Recommended for a group or family stay!

House was decent, however the hot water was not working properly. You also must walk through two bedrooms to get to the bedroom above the garage, so very strange layout. There are no means of playing music, no stereo system or even a Bluetooth speaker, which was disappointing. Would not rent this house again.

Family Holiday!

Great house with a super location. Convenient to everything and nature at it's finest in the backyard. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space. Everyone enjoyed the pool and biking to the beach club. Shops not far away!

House was great. Lots of space to hang out and bedrooms were comfy. We were Surprised there wasn’t a game or a deck of cards in the house. VRBO fees have gotten outrages. Will try to book through management company in the future.

The house is in the perfect location. Easy to get anywhere we wanted. The pool was in really good shape and was enjoyed by our entire family. A huge plus to the entire week. The rental agents were so friendly and extremely helpful. They got back to us right-away when we had a question. And most importantly, the house was clean upon arrival.

Nice home for family outing

We rented the home for Memorial Day weekend. The place was a good size and plenty of beds. The home was located near Harbor Town. The pool was really cool. There was a problem with spiders , mosquitoes and hornets. Home needs some TLC with cobwebs in the high ceilings and a few lights builds out. Overall it was a good experience and we would probably stay there again.

Wonderful family vacay at this spacious, top-notch home!

My extended family of 6 (ages 6 to 78) stayed in this lovely, spacious home for a family beach trip to Hilton Head Island, our first visit. The home was located within minutes of everything we needed - Harbour Town, beaches, bike trails, shops, grocery stores, and . restaurants. Darcy and Deb provided timely and comprehensive information about the island beforehand; check-in was a breeze, and rented bikes were waiting for us at the house. Amenities at the home were excellent for families with children (pool with floats and noodles, easy access to bike paths, separate ice make in den), and the home afforded lots of livable space (e.g., two family rooms, a large kitchen and dining room, and a cozy den tucked into the single bedded room). The two-car garage came stocked with 6 beach chairs, a boogie board, a beach umbrella, and a cart for rolling all the beach gear to the sand. We had a blast and will return!

Could have been great!

Great location, quiet private gated community. Convenient to all activities. Rented bikes used as our primary transportation. Beach club was great. 2 minute drive to play golf, enjoyed playing Atlantic Dunes. Layout of bedrooms is a little awkward. And biggest downfall was roaches. We bagged/killed at least a dozen. Called property manager first night, didn't send anyone out until Tuesday to spray. Wednesday still had roaches. Emailed on Wednesday, never responded back to us. Very disappointed.

Nice house but.....

Thank goodness for the pool as we were 2 days without AC. Repairmen had to come 2x to fix. House is about 1.5 miles to beach and you cannot drive and park at beach except late in day which is problem with young children. You have to walk through a BR to get to a BR. There was a very strong cat urine smell in 1 BR but house does not allow pets?? Kitchen had plenty of dishes and glassware but only 1 small skillet for group of 13. These are the negatives but we loved Sea Pines and would definitely go back!

Fantastic holiday!

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely property. The location is great - walk to the shops, a short and very safe bike ride to the beach, short bike ride to restaurants and under 10 minute drive to a good, big supermarket. Also, lots of amazing golf clubs nearby. The property itself is big, well-equipped with lots of space for the family to hang out. The only negative was for the size of the outdoor dining table is a bit small - ideally would have seated as many as the indoor seating. (And perhaps could have had an electric kettle - us Brits love a cuppa!!). Lovely pool, which was cleaned a couple of times while we were there. Plenty of beach towels (which you often don't get included in properties like this) and normal towels. The hot water for showers was a bit intermittent and the shower in the main ensuite was broken the whole time we were there but it was very warm so cool showers wasn't a problem for us. Really enjoyed our stay. I'd highly recommend and would love to come back some day!

Great house for a family!

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Pines. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it is tricky to get to the beach with a large family. I wish it were closer/walking distance. We ended dropping everyone off and then taking the car home and an adult would ride a bike back to meet everyone. The great news was that the house has a pool which was wonderful for kids and adults so we could just relax at home. The house was clean and we love the Sea Pines neighborhood. The property management company was very friendly and responsive. We had a sink clog up and a plumber came out within 30min of calling them. The house itself was wonderful for a family like ours. One thing to point out is that the master is connected to the back twin bedroom and they share a bathroom. We didn’t mind this at all because our kids were in the twin room. We had our nanny sleep in the 5th bedroom located above the garage. She had to walk through the twin room and ours to get to the main living area of the house or go out the garage door and walk around to the front door. For us this was no big deal, but if your group values privacy this may be a good thing to know of when booking the house. All in all we loved it!
