Surrounded by mature live oaks and ocean breezes, this oceanfront home on Kiawah Island is a vacationers dream! Boasting 5 bedroom and 5.5 bathrooms, this property is situated in the charming West Beach area of Kiawah Resort and is just steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It is thoughtfully designed on three levels to maximize views, offers multiple decks, and a wonderful screened porch.
Upon entering the home, the expansive open floor-plan on the main level is filled with natural sunlight and ocean views thanks to vaulted ceilings and endless walls of windows. The living space provides lots of comfortable areas to spread out, relax, share stories over a glass of wine, and enjoy time with friends and family. There is a half bathroom on this main level. Additionally, there is a casual den area on this level, a perfect spot for those who need a quiet space to work remotely or just enjoy a good book.
The spacious kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining and large family meals, includes an large center island and upgraded appliances. Multiple dining options include a formal dining table with seating for eight, a breakfast area table with seating for four, an L-shaped countertop bar with four additional stools, and an outdoor patio table on the screened porch. Just behind the kitchen is a useful utility area with extra storage and a second refrigerator.
Moving to the second floor of the house, one can find three of the five bedrooms. There are two master suites, both featuring a king bed, sitting area, and private bathrooms. The main master includes a TV, and private oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and has a private bath. The laundry area, with full size washer and dryer, are located on this second level.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the third floor of the home. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, and the fifth features two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and TVs. Additionally, there is a small sitting room with balcony on this top level, which has the most incredible oceanfront views!
For added convenience, this home is an outdoor shower, gas grill, and extra parking.
