Unobstructed views of Kiawah Islands pristine beach! This truly beautifully decorated, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath villa features TWO balconies. One balcony off the open living area is covered and includes a dining table and chairs seating four. The other balcony is open and has a private entrance from the main bedroom with two lounge chairs. This lovely villa is located on the first floor with an easy convenient beach access.
The kitchen opens into the living area and is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances. The living area is large with comfortable seating and large T.V. The large bedroom includes a King Bed with a second T.V. and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head and a hand held shower wand. The double vanity features a large mirror with plenty of light. This bathroom also has a separate toilet room. This villa also features a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet located off the kitchen.
You are within walking distance to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Roy Barth Tennis Center is a short bike ride away. While many Golf courses are just a short drive away, The Turtle Point Golf Course is our closest golf course from the villa.

PLEASE NOTE: This villa does NOT have resort amenities such as discounts on Golf or Tennis and does NOT have pool access.

This trip was our second visit to the condo and it was as beautiful as we remembered. The condo is clean, in great condition, and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We love the two balconies, one for relaxing and one for dining. The view is beautiful. The beach is quickly accessible with a boardwalk directly next to the building, and the provided beach chairs and towels are excellent. We’ll be back.

This is a lovely one bedroom condo overlooking the ocean with two balconies. Photos of the property were spot on. Perfect size for a couple - quite spacious. Property manager with whom we interacted was excellent. We rented bikes from Alligator Bikes, which worked out great, once we understood we had to stay off the roads where paths were available (look out for gators!). Biking on the beach was spectacular. Very close to Night Heron Grill and Bar, which had excellent food and service. There is a small convenience store within Night Heron Park. We had one meal at Jasmine Porch (part of the nearby Sanctuary Hotel). We did our grocery shopping before we got on the island at Harris Teeter in Freshlands Village. Would be nice to have recycling facilities on-site (I had to bike our recycling to the recycling facility about a half mile away). Otherwise, wonderful place to get away!

Fantastic getaway!

My husband and I stayed here during our babymoon and had the best time. Our stay was lovely the place was well kept, clean, right on the water, in a fantastic location, and the property manager was very communicative. I cannot say enough great things and will definitely staying here again in the future!
