Master bedroom downstairs on main floor with a shared living room bathroom. New furniture, bedding, appliances, and Tvs. This house was bought late in 2020 and new owner has completely updated this great space. 3 more bedrooms upstairs with many hidden sleeping spots. Living room is perfect for movie nights or football on the giant tv. Open kitchen dining room allow for gatherings to play cards and serve big meals. Much fun to be had. They say the kitchen is the heart of the house. 2 balconies 1 being screened in. A back deck to look over the back yard. Covered parking for 3 cars and a driveway for 3 more. There is also an out door shower.

Family Reunion
The location was great and so was the property!! The property manager was very accommodating to our requests before we had checked in and was very pleasant to deal with. The one thing that I was a little bothered by was that in the bunk room they only had fitted sheets on the beds. I really wanted that flat sheet in-between me and the comforter. Besides that it was great and plenty of memories created!

Everything was great about the stay. Multiple bathrooms and spacious. We fit three familys in the home. The house is literally 3mins from the beach. Kids hopped on internet immediately played games. Shouldve rented it for at least four nights. No complaints here.

Beach was phenomenal but several issues with house…..
Beach n pool were very nice… Ice maker not working need filter replace Bathrooms ceiling fan need clean (dust) Master bathroom bath shower handle is loose comes off easy 2nd floor balcony loveseat right arm is broken And small table Microwave underneath vent flirty also no lights Had no WiFi since we arrived for a week There are more issues Property manager did not communicate with me after couple messages we have ITT people in our house need to use WiFi….. Call me if need more info issues 860 316 2713

Great!
We stayed at the property for one night after a beach wedding. The check in process was amazing and the owner was so accommodating. The property was clean and had plenty of towels and space for guests. I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags if you have a longer stay. During our stay a guests car was broken into and we immediately let the owner know. She was incredibly responsive and reported it to the HOA and learned it happened to 6 other properties the same night. She is getting camera footage and everything from surrounding properties. 100/100 recommend the property, I wish our stay was longer!

House is awesome! Great location near the beach but it is at least a 20 minute drive to anything else. The host is also amazing with communication.

Fantabulous Birthday Weekend
The communication with the host was great! She answered all of our questions. This is a beautiful property. Only feet from the beach/ocean. Although the address is Gulf Shores, it is closer to Fort Morgan. If you want to be closer to the action you should stay in Gulf Shores. If you want to have a more laid back of a vaction, this is the place!!! Quiet neighborhood and the beach was not overcrowded. Would stay here again and would recommend! Thank you for a fantabulous weekend!

House was OK, a little beat up cosmetically. Why I will never go back is because it is way too far from everything every tourist wants to see on vacation. 2hours a day spent traveling to town just to see everything. A good property if you just want to stare at the beach and nothing else.

Beach Trip
Our group was looking for a place not too expensive to stay at for the week and this place was perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Great beach neighborhood and a great place to spend the week!

My group and I had a great time at this property. The house was clean when we arrived expect for some sand, but that’s to be expected this close to the beach. The location was perfect for us as well!!

I rented this out for springbreak and my 21st birthday. We had 18 people for the week and it was amazing! Beach was clean and not too crowded the neighborhood was amazing with miles of beautiful houses! The entire trip was very relaxing and i will be coming back!

Great experience, practically new, great decor, nice, clean and just as pictures were on the site.
Great experience for a much needed getaway. The only issue is that we didn’t stay longer. Beach is right around the corner and pictures on site are just as shown. Elizabeth Kulman is a great manager. I could call her anytime and she was available. Will definitely be going back. Can’t wait for the next getaway. Thanks
