Welcome to Brighter Outlook I â A Spacious, Pet-Friendly Fort Morgan Beach Retreat
Welcome to Brighter Outlook I, a welcoming and spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home in Fort Morgan, ideal for large families or group getaways. This side of a duplex comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and can be rented on its own or combined with Brighter Outlook II to create a 10-bedroom retreat sleeping up to 32. Located in the desirable Dunes community, this home offers space, comfort, and a relaxed coastal settingâplus itâs pet-friendly.
Designed with families in mind, Brighter Outlook I offers a flexible and comfortable layout. The first floor includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom conveniently located near the kitchen. Upstairs, youâll find four additional bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with a queen bed and twin bunk, and a spacious primary suite with a king bed. The primary suite also features a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, along with a twin bunk tucked into an oversized closet for extra sleeping space. A Jack and Jill hall bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms.
The open and airy living area features a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating, flowing easily into the dining area with a large table and breakfast bar. Just off the dining space is an additional sitting area with a sleeper sofa, offering even more room to spread out. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A private charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking.
Guests enjoy easy beach access, a community pool, and beautiful Gulf views, making it simple to relax and enjoy the Fort Morgan lifestyle. Dogs are welcome, and the pet-friendly Fort Morgan beaches make this an excellent choice for travelers bringing furry companions along.

This home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
