We had a great stay in Dallas. We were in town for a cowboys game and stayed at the house with two families with small kids. It was perfect location, and had everything we needed. We will be booking again for our trip next year!!

Above and beyond! By far one of the nicest and most comfortable homes we have stayed in the Arlington area. We had a very nice stay.If you are coming for an event at the staduim, its the perfect location. Just keep in mind the traffic if you need to come and go from the home during an event if you are not attenting as the road the home is located on gets bumper to bumper, but so does the surrounding roads. Loved seeing all the Cowboys fans. They really get into it. We will def stay here again!

A True Dallas Star

Ken is an excellent host. Our teenage kids loved the game room, hot tub, mini golf, & corn hole. The house has everything you will need. Gorgeous decor. Great location. We even got a free firework show!! Will definitely book again.

Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay at this home! The home was very clean and had all the amenities one could need. We had two teenagers with us that were entertained by all the indoor and outdoor games. The owner, Ken, was also super accommodating and very communicative. Would definitely visit again!

Great home in a convenient location

We had a great stay. Two families together for just a quick vacay. We did many Dallas area activities and the house was a good location for many of them! I would suggest bringing your own toiletries and stuff, but other than they had everything we needed.

Perfect Home for Big Family Weekend

Staying in Arlington was perfect for going back and forth to either Fort Worth or Dallas. We took our kids to museums, zoos, Six Flags, lots of shopping, etc. Then came back home to play outside and in the game room. It was a wonderful place for us.

Large Group Dream Home

In town for a real estate conference so traveling with all business professionals that needed space to work and get ready. Almost every room had a bathroom and the kitchen/living room dinning areas are perfect for relaxing over a big dinner or focused work time.

Ken and Trudy were exceptional hosts and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was very clean and very professionally maintained. Cowboys Thanksgiving Game

The property was immaculate. The house was completely set up to meet everyones needs. We were able to walk to the football stadium which was so important. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was the weather. And Ken had no control over that!!!!

Ken retired in 2020 from his 30 year career as a the owner of a successful photography business right across the street from our rental homes.

After the arrival of AT&T Stadium, Ken started looking to the future and the endless possibilities of being located in the Arlington Entertainment District. Over the course of the next few years Ken began buying vacant lots on The Road to Six Flags with the intent of somehow using the properties create urban renewal in Arlington.

Arlington conveniently sits in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and is also the home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. As if housing two major league sports teams isn't enough, Arlington has so much more to offer! Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, great restaurants, shopping. Downtown Arlington is a short drive away from our homes. There you can stroll the streets and dine at some great local restaurants, have a good cup of coffee at one of the local coffee shops, or grab a beer at our local breweries.

Arlington is a great city and we are proud to call it home.

Our large open concept floor plan provides enough room for your entire group to enjoy. You won't feel left out of the conversation if you are in the kitchen cooking while others are sitting in the living room. It's literally an all inclusive space!

However, all inclusive doesn't mean you have to be together all of the time. You can step away from the group and relax in one of our five bedrooms. You'll definitely enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with our comfortable bedding.

We provided putting greens and hot tub, along with a themed game room because we believe family/group activities are always a fun time.
