The area is still in rebuilding process, several of the restaurants/bars have food trailers and outdoor seating setup while rebuilding.

Welcome to the Luxury Coastal Farmhouse! Short walk to the beach and Times Square, many restaurants/bars, shopping and nightlife. Enjoy the beach by day and the private heated pool by night. Perfect location with many ammenities and comforts of home.

The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short get away, featuring marble countertops, all stainless appliances, Keurig, Instapot, air fryer and crockpot for ease and convenience. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, allowing this home to accommodate up to 8-10 people (including the sleeper sofa and trundle daybed.) This home also includes a double washer and dryer, to insure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area. Rent bikes around the corner and enjoy the ocean breeze as you leisurely stroll around the island. Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach. ☀With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, the famous pier, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Come be our guest!

Truly the best vacation rental home I have stayed in! The home was exactly as described, location is ideal for walking to beach and all the Times Square area has to offer on FMB. Everything is very clean and comfortable inside the home and on the grounds. Truly cannot wait to book again in the future!!

Great location and easy walk to beach and restaurants

The location was great and plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax after a long day at the beach. Short walk to the beach and easy walk down to Margaritaville, Time Square and numerous restaurants. House was clean and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a great property!

The house was well maintained, the location was excellent, (quiet street and close to the beach), and pool area was great for swimming and outdoor dining. Kelley was extremely responsive for the questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best annual 4th of July vacations me and family have had!!

The property was perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach. The farmhouse had everything we needed from dishes to towels to beach towels to games for the beach, chairs and umbrellas (which saved a fortune in having to rent them daily), outdoor grille, two commercial size washers and dryers, pool, smart TVs
the list goes on and on! Kelley, the owner, took care of everything!! Five star rental!!!!!

Family Farmhouse Fun

Great stay at a beautifully decorated home inside and out with attention to details. Plenty of room for our family of 6, adults and older teens, to spend time together or spread out. Nice covered pool area and additional patio for lounging. Super comfortable beds, linens and fluffy towels. Thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the outdoor griddle — perfect for seafood. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk with full-size wagon for provided beach loungers and cooler. Quiet street but very close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely visit again.

Kelley was THE BEST host!!! She’s incredibly helpful, answers quickly and very kind and thoughtful. It shows in her home! She’s paid a lot of attention to detail, which made our stay very comfortable, seamless and a lot of fun!!! The location is fabulous, being a very short walk to the beach and our kids LOVED coming back to the house to swim and hang out!!! We highly recommend this rental!!

Such an enjoyable stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, beautifully decorated and in an awesome location! All of the little thoughts and details that they have incorporated really made the stay extra special- the noise machines in the bedrooms, keurig Kpods, and fluffy bath towels and numerous beach towels available just to name a few! Kelley was quick to respond and willing to answer any questions and help accommodate anything we needed. We will definitely be booking this location again in the future :)

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin hier selber Urlaub mit der Familie macht - es fehlt exakt ĂŒberhaupt nichts! An jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Man kann sofort in den Urlaub starten, ohne erst mal das Haus auszustatten. Danke, Kelley! Wir werden versuchen wiederzukommen!

Beautiful home with every amenity!

From the moment we pulled up we knew this home would exceed our expectations. It was easy to relax as this felt like a home away from home. We didn’t go out to eat once because the kitchen included everything we needed to make great meals (spices, oils, utensils, and appliances). We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee while the kids played in the pool. We also enjoyed winding down after a long day at the beach (less than 5 min walking distance) on the outdoor patios watching a show or listening to music. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and made sleeping in a treat! The double washer/dryer set up was amazing for our family of 4. We could have packed a lot less! We absolutely recommend this home. It is stunning and will make you want to never leave! Thanks so much for the memories!

The perfect home in a perfect location

Kelley was amazing to work with from the min we booked the home. She responded almost immediately when I reached out for anything! The home was immaculate when we got there and it was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay! We enjoyed the location being so close to some main attractions and super close to beach access as well! The beds in this home were super comfortable and we all slept great the entire week we were there! The pool was super clean and nice and warm considering the low temps we had during our stay! We could not be more pleased with the home/location/communication with the owner! Definitely five stars from us and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it to many of our friends!! Thanks for everything Kelley, we had a very enjoyable week long stay!

Spectacular Coastal Farmhouse

This property couldn’t have been any better, above and beyond my expectations. Communication-owners provided prompt response. Beautiful Decor and Very Clean. Pool was Perfect-Walking distance to Beach and Downtown shops. Definitely will be a return Guest!

Perfect family get away

Just wonderful! The house was very clean and cozy. The pool area was wonderful with the grilling amenities and patio furniture. A very easy walk to the beach even with three small children in tow. Beautiful inside and out! Great communication with owners who just did a wonderful job putting together a home that is comfortable, clean, and close to the beach and action!
