FMB IS OPEN AND READY FOR YOUR VACATION!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property, the northern part of the island. Enjoy the large porch with screening all around located at the front of the house. A totally renovated laundry room and full bathroom are located on the lower level perfectly located close to the pool. The beautiful heated pool has plenty of sunshine! There's an outdoor shower to clean off sand from the beach which is just a short walk down to the end of the street, approximately a 5-minute walk!

Plenty of off-street parking! Lots of privacy in the pool area. The picnic table offers extra outdoor seating near the grill.

Hurricane Ian did not severely damage this home. It has been renovated and updated and it is better than ever! Located in a great neighborhood it's just a short walk from some of the restored restaurants and food trucks that are temporarily placed on properties being restored. There are more and more businesses opening up each day. The restaurants are coming back plus Margaritaville Resort is open and offers some choices for eating and drinking.
Currently, there are lots of renovations still occurring. Different businesses have already opened and more are opening every day. The island will be better than it ever was!

Just Perfect

Wonderful property and well kept house! Our children enjoyed the clean pool and extra seating on the lanai. Beds were comfy and clean. House is walkable to beach, shops, and activities for families. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Lengthy review but worth reading. So as a parent of a one year old this was worth renting. Pool toys and beach toys galore. Some highlights include, pack and Play to use as a bed for him. The pool gate is tall enough we didn't have to worry about him getting in while our backs were turned. It's tall enough that a child about 6 years old can still open it. Beach chairs and beach wagon. Bathroom and fridge near the pool. The outdoor shower was perfect to clean everything when we got back from the beach. Overall had a great experience and hopefully will back before too long. Host is very responsive as well!

We had a great stay. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Easy 10 minute walk to beach. Heated pool was fantastic, beds comfortable, and nice to have a gas grill all to ourselves. We would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent location

We stayed at the sea cottage for a week during spring break. The location of this house was great. Walking distance to the beach, shops and resturaunts. Its location also allowed easy access to and from the island even with the traffic. The pool was heated and many hours were spent here when not at the beach. The house came with everything we needed for the week stay and they even had a wagon and chairs for the beach.

Beach House Fort Myers

Very close to the beach, could easily walk there within 10 minutes lugging beach gear and four children. Decent size bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone . Enjoyed our stay

beach getaway

had a lovely time in this comfortable home. The heated pool was just right and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screen porch in spite of the ongoing construction on the street (which we fully expected based on what we know about the hurricane issues) The beach is gorgeous and so close. We walked it sunrise and sunset pretty much daily. Beach access is right at the end of the street. Everything is walkable (restaurant, bars, beach shops) and publix is down the street or over the bridge and very convenient as long as you time your trip to miss the traffic.
