Merci d'avoir visité notre unité Seawind 408 à Gulf Shores. Nous possédons et gérons tous nos condos et aimons aider nos clients à vivre une merveilleuse expérience de vacances à la plage.

Seawind Condominiums est situĂ© au cƓur de Gulf Shores. Si vous cherchez un endroit confortable et relaxant Ă  visiter, ne cherchez plus. L'unitĂ© 408 est l'endroit pour vous !!!!

Cette unité dispose d'un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, de 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et de lits superposés dans la chambre bonus. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui le rend trÚs confortable pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil ou regardez le clair de lune depuis votre balcon privé (accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale). Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une buanderie pleine grandeur et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite complÚtent les équipements.

Quick trip with older kids.

Great property. Clean and close to everything. Next door to Sea and Suds. Our favorite place for fried crab claws and Bushwackers. Elevators fast. Covered parking tight but plentiful. Also has uncovered parking in garage and in parking lot for larger vehicles. Owner very responsive. Great 5 days would definitely book again.

Overall cleanliness is questioned

The building is old, outdated, run down and only 2 elevators for 19 floors. You will be waiting constantly for an elevator. The condo itself was filthy, hair in sinks so they don’t drain, hair in bathtubs, floor was dirty. The towels smelled like fish and there were very few towels so we were constantly to wash to have enough. The unit says it sleeps 8 but there were not towels or extra bedding to accommodate 8 guests. The couch makes into a bed but there were no extra sheets or pillow cases. The host was great, he communicated well and was easy to work with. My disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the unit.

Long weekend with friends and family

The unit was very clean. The host was easily accessible and communicative. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Lots of amenities for our use. No surprises as we've book and stayed in this unit several times. Location to lots of places to eat is wonderful; and lots are within walking distance! Owner is easy to reach if you ever encounter any issues. Will definitely book with them again!

Beautiful condo on the Gulf

The condo was clean and very nice! Check in was super easy as was checking out. Communication was great. The views are amazing from the nice sized balcony. We loved the location as we could walk to various places if we wanted. We walked to the Hangout, Alvin’s Island. When it was super hot we drove to the Sunliner Diner but it could easily be walked to. We rented beach chairs the first day but there was a chair with umbrella in the condo so we just bought another one (left it there for future users) and used them the rest of the week. We didn’t cook but there were many kitchen items available. When you checkout there is a place to donate non-perishable items. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, 2 adult daughters and one fiancĂ©e. There is a great little splash pool if you have little kids and a separate pool also. I would recommend staying here and will again if we go back to Gulf Shores!

Great Experience!!

My family had an awesome time during our stay at Seawind! The property is located within walking distance of literally everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The property manager was on point with answering any of our questions and gave a ton of options for entertainment for the week. The check-in and out process was by far the easiest we have ever experienced during the past 12 trips to the area. We will definitely be staying at one of their managed properties from now on.

Amazing Beach Stay!!

This was the perfect condo, it had everything that we needed and more. All of the kitchen supplies! Plenty of beach supplies from umbrellas to toys. Plenty of space and nice and clean. Our property managers were always available to answer any questions that we had....and quick too. We will definitely be back....and they have several other properties to suit all of your needs. :)

Communication after reservation was made and before arrival was incredible. We were sent a flyer via email, The Mullet Wrapper, that had local events for the time we were going to be there. We were given Sonyas personal number to call if we had questions about restaurants, shopping or activities in the area. Jason called ahead of check in to make us aware of storm that was coming through. Definitely above and beyond anything I have experienced before with renting a property. The unit was clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Had some beach chairs and an umbrella and even a box fan for us fan sleepers! Location was perfect, walking distance to shopping and food. Beautiful views of the gulf from living room and master bedroom. The splash pad for the littles was an added bonus! Being one floor up from parking garage was very convenient. Will definitely rent from Jason and Sonya when we visit Gulf Shores again!

Great location AND great host and everything we needed was right there in the condo!

Amazing location; very close to several restaurants and well within walking distance of nearly anything you could want! Spectacular balcony view for sunrise; beach views were great. We loved the balcony and the furniture, although the windy weather didn't allow much dining on the balcony! Grandsons loved the beach volleyball; they could have played all night! Condo included everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, place was clean with start ups of necessities, and plenty of very nice bath towels. Great stay. Will book again with Jason!

Excellent Vacation

We rented the Seawinds #408 for a 5-night stay from Aug 10 thru Aug 15, 2023. The property is just as advertised: Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and right next to the beach. We loved our stay there. The owners went out of their way to answer any and all the questions we had during (and before) our stay. The whole stay was flawless.

This is our little piece of paradise. We have been coming to Gulf Shores since 2001. There is no better place to spend time together and build some of the best memories.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose the Seawind because of the proximity to some of the local attractions such as the Hangout, Waterville, The Track, Zoo, etc. We spend a lot of time at the Hangout which is a very short walk. The other great feature is the Seawind has a great restaurant, 'Sea-n-Suds, right next door. There is also a beach service on the premises that offers jet ski's, pairasailing and a few other extras. There is also an outdoor/indoor pool and an exercise room.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I like that our unit is located on the 4th floor. You get the benefit of having a great view without being too far to hear the waves. The balcony is a nice size and will accommodate a large group.
