Book your fun summer week on the Nubble. 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths....3 blocks to Nubble Lighthouse and a short walk to both Long Sands and Shorts Sands beaches. York Harbor beach is a short drive away. The cottage is cozy and meticulously clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Long side deck with grill, HOT TUB, AC for bedrooms. The outdoor shower is perfect after a long day at the beach. Master bedroom is off the back of the house on the first floor with wood beams and skylights and it's own bath. Very private. The house is very light and bright! Located on a private road with low traffic. A perfect vacation spot! This rental is NOT pet friendly due to allergies. Book today. 🐳 ☀ 🏖

Loved York Beach

House handled 4 adults quite well. Very clean. Close to Nubble Lighthouse. Very quiet. Manager was always available and very responsive.

Fantastic Place

Our hosts were excellent! They were easy to communicate with and the house was fantastic. We loved the lay out and the decor. Location was perfect! Fabulous beach stay!

This house had everything that we needed for a nice family vacation. It's on a quiet street about 10 walking minutes from the Nubble. Long Sands or Short Sands is about a 20-30 minute walk from the house, (or a quick 5 minute car trip). The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home, the beds were super comfortable, and hot tub was a perfect way to start or end the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation house!

Andra always answered in a timely fashion, it was a great stay and perfect for my family to stay. We did have one person with a walker and there is a first floor master bath and bedroom so this house is a must if you have any of those who need that accommodation. Plenty of parking. Great space to eat dinner on the porch and cook on grill. Everything was included that you think you would need. Thanks for the great memories!

Family vacation

And absolute gem! The house was plenty big enough for 3 adults and 3 teenagers, plus a toddler. Had everything we needed, with a bonus hot tub to enjoy 😊. The walk was a bit longer then where we have stayed in the past (taking about 10-15 mins to short sands). However the family enjoyed this house over the others because of the space, neighborhood and hot tub. Would highly recommend! Thank you to our host Andra for making our vacation memorable!!!

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect location. Nestled between Short Sands Beach, Long Sands Beach, and the Nubble Lighthouse (not to mention a 5 minute walk to ice cream and Fox’s Lobster). The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation with our young family. Check-in was a breeze. A lovely thoughtful gift basket was waiting for us upon arrival. Andra reached out to checkin and make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly! No communication during the week as we had everything we needed. Can’t put into words what a stress free week we had during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams by the Sea. The home is even nicer than the pictures. The outdoor shower was a highlight and the host has thought of everything for you-even had a thoughtful welcome basket for us, unexpected but greatly appreciated. Walk to the lighthouse for a sunrise and you won't regret it! Beaches are a short drive away. Long Sands Beach has good waves and if you pick the right spot not too much seaweed which may be due to the late August stay. The kids had a blast boogie boarding and so did the adults. We had a bit of rain while there so the board games came in handy too. Forgot a book? The host has you covered with tons to chose from. Overall, a truly wonderful stay, a great home, and easy check-in and -out process. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Vacation by the sea

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect for a week in York Beach. Very cozy and clean, with a private deck and hot tub. The outdoor shower was great after returning from a day at the beach. Convenient location and easy walking access to both Long Sands and Short Sands beaches. A five minute walk to Nubble Lighthouse! We will definitely return!

Absolutely Perfect Home on the Nubble

This house was absolutely perfect! A great location between Long Sands Beach and The Lighthouse . Beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation . Kitchen was well equipped with up to date appliances . A bonus was the deck with hot tub .. so relaxing . Owner was exceptional from booking to getting in to the property . She also checked in with us to see if everything was good. Perfect vacation ! Thank you again

I'm from Illinois and my grandparents and parents had houses on Lake Michigan. I grew up boating and playing in the sand and surf. I held onto the dream of owning a cottage again one day. I love Maine because it reminds me of home but much more beautiful. Coastal Maine is the BEST!!! So much to offer...Lighthouses, Cliff Walks, ocean...beauty every where you look. I finally went for it and decided on the Nubble. What a privilege it is to own in such a magnificent place. You will grow to LOVE it as I do. Come visit!!
