We loved staying here - the house is spacious and comfortable and walkable distance to York Beach village. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck, and coffee on the sunporch in the morning. Outdoor shower is great for cleaning up the little ones after the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at the house! It was very comfortable for our family trip of 5 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The house had an ample amount of beach chairs and other supplies that made life much easier! We enjoyed the sunrises, walking to the beach and downtown area, and short drives to other local attractions. Worth the stay!

Ideal Location for Short Sands Beach!

Great location and comfy cottage. East walked to Short Sands beach, downtown, playground, basketball court and Dunne's ice cream! Bill was a great host, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Amazing Location

This was our 2nd year at this property and we still love it. Being able to walk to short sands makes our vacation so much easier. The outdoor shower and enclosed porch with an ocean view is a bonus!

Perfect location for Short Sands

Such a great property! Close to short sands, easy walk to the beach/downtown. You can hear the ocean at night which is great. Clean house with everything we needed Great communication. Was a great place for our family of four. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, super clean, EXCELLENT location!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this beautiful house. We loved the screened porch and water views from most every room. The home was exceptionally clean, organized and beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture and beds! We hope to be back next year, if not before!
