Welcome to 11 Canyon Terrace – Avalon Condo

Beautifully decorated and recently updated two-level townhouse in the heart of Avalon with three bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms with plenty of space for the whole family or group of friends.

Featuring hard floors throughout the property and two balconies off the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Plus a large outdoor patio with BBQ with plenty of seating to enjoy the island weather.
The first floor of the property offers a very comfortable living room and a large dining table that seat 6 people and a 3/4 bathroom.

After a fun day full of activities at the beach, head back and cook a nice meal for the whole family in the large and well-stock kitchen with plenty of counter space and everything you need to not leave again.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The large master bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed with nice views from the balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a 2 Twin size beds. The upper level has one full bathroom located between bedrooms.

Host was only available during business hours (M-F 9 -5) except for emergencies and one of the showers was clearly not cleaned when we arrived as there was hair in the tub. Updated decor on an old condo. Otherwise everything else was fine and conveniently located to the downtown. We were misled this property had a hot tub in the listing it was really just that one of the bathrooms had jets in the bathtubs I would not consider this a real hot tub.

Perfect stay

Came for the marathon with my parents, brother, and fiancée. The apartment was roomy, homey, and nicely designed. So walkable. The property managers were incredibly communicative and helpful (with check-in/checkout). Really, really loved our stay.

Our happy place!

What a great home surrounded by lots of plants and flowers. We walked in and it instantly felt comfortable and welcoming. Perfect dining and living room to spend time with the family. Really enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the beautiful weather and a drink while the hubby made dinner in the bbq. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the upstairs balcony. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place

I came here on spring break with my family and a friend’s family. We had such a great time. Everything was clean and location was so close to everything! Vons was down the street and we cooked dinner each night on the BBQ. All other activities were a quick walk away. The back grass area was perfect for the kids to play. The house didn’t have hair dryer but when I contacted the host, they sent one right away! Great response time. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very comfortable for the whole family

Such an easy walk from the port to the property. Close to everything. Very peaceful neighborhood. I would say, it would have been nice if there were more fresh pots/pans. the rest of the plates/cups/utensils were fine. Also, hair Blow dryer would have been helpful.Otherwise, things were great.

Our stay in Avalon at #11 Canyon Terrace

Overall, it was great! The only thing was, the window coverings in two bedrooms were super sheer and in the third room the blinds were very damaged, so all of us were woken up each morning early due to the sun coming in. Not great when we're on a family vacay and everyone plans to get some extra sleep!

Catalina vacation

Overall the house was great. Location was within walking distance of most everything. Quiet neighborhood. Major complaint was kitchen supplies. Only a 5 cup coffee pot, had to make 3 pots every morning. There was no can opener, had to buy one, not happy about that! Only one wine glass and 6 regular glasses, what’s up with that?? I could go on with many minor complaints, overall it was a great place to stay.

Great location

We had a great time and great experience staying in this lovely home. It's in a great location, very safe and quiet, and within walking distance of downtown. Had all the home essentials and a great view, only thing I would change is the sheer curtains in the bedrooms, which allow the sun to come in in the morning. We hope to return one day.

Spacious Home near downtown Avalon, CA

Loved this place. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5. Nice Family room area with plenty of seating, a dining table for 6 or more, nice kitchen with open counter to dining, living room area. 5 minute walk to Vons and another 5 minutes to the harbor shops. Located in quiet neighborhood. View of cove and casino from upstairs bedroom. Overall very pleased. Had one problem; maintenance responded within a couple of hours.
