We had a wonderful vacation. The house was great and the location was perfect. Neighbors where super nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back again.

The walk was difficult but we managed. We left an expensive hat there. My husband tried reaching out and no one has returned his call. We are hoping we can get the hat back to us please we will pay the shipping cost?

Are has a hill to walk up but it’s not super far up the hill. House is super cute and quiet.

Great location as long as you don’t mind brief hike up steep hill. Beautiful views and outdoor lounging areas. Cleanliness was marginal and kitchen needing some spiffing.

Cute house! Close to town.

This house was so lovely. It’s in the perfect location, quiet but close enough to easily walk to town. Everything twas clean and in working order. The back patio was so cute. I highly recommend this house and will definitely come back to stay again!

Great Property

We have stayed in many different places in Avalon. This was by far the best. A cute house close to everything. The backyard space was great for hosting a dinner party and porches in front were great for breakfast and afternoon relaxing.

Great location, could have been cleaner

Overall great location , great layout of house . Walk to everything. Great space for our group of 4 . We did notify the owners that there were lots of ants and the drains in both bathrooms were quite clogged when we got there anhopefullybthdrain well the entire stay.

Girls birthday weekend!

We loved this house - super cute and cheery. We do not consider this to be a 2 bedroom. There is a master bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway upstairs, and a murphy bed that pulls out of the wall in the laundry room. Close quarters for 6 people. But served its purpose! You will not get a response sending a message through VRBO to the property manager - you have to call to ask questions. They were super helpful and let us check in early! Also be prepared to climb a hill to get to this house! But once you are there it is a cute place!

Had to do laundry during vacation!

Upon arrival the property looked liked it had not been cleaned. There were unmade beds, which means they did not wash or change the linens. In the bathrooms, the sinks were dirty and dirty towels were hanging. There were not enough clean towels for me and my guest. This meant I had to do laundry! It was obvious it was not cleaned after the last guest. Lastly, I tried to reach out informing them about the issue and there was no response. Will not be returning.

Catalina Getaway

My family and I stayed the weekend following Thanksgiving. Weather was perfect, location of home was a short walk to Avalon and all it has to offer. House was as pictures depicted so no surprises, which is good. Definitely would have been better if golf cart was included, they really are a must on the island. Communication wasn’t as good as I would have liked but overall a great place, great stay!

Diving Vacation

A beautiful place to stay with extremely easy access to town and lots of beds and space for adults to eat outside, sit together, and all have quiet corners to sleep in. Note that Whittley runs uphill so it can be a haul if you want to walk luggage or gear to and from the house, but it was a really perfect and lovely spot for a relaxing dive vacation. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful home and location

We really enjoyed this property, the location is perfect, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The backyard is beautiful.

Weekend get away

Home was lovely, updated and new, however, no toliet paper in upstairs bathroom, patio gas was empty, the managment did respond quickly and get it re filled. The golf cart shown in the pictures DOES NOT COME WITH THE PROPERTY- this was very disappointing, why even show it? the next door neighbors were very nice and the back yard is beautiful!

Nice property

The property was very nice! We were very pleased! Well appointed kitchen. The only comment I have is that I had asked out a late checkout and was told that was not available. There was not another guest booked for that night, it would have been nice with a baby to have had a later check out.

The house was perfect for our group. The only thing was that were only 2 towels for a group of 6. I went to the office on Friday but as of our leave date on Sunday, we still never received enough towels. We had to buy some to take showers.

It was perfect! Honestly, the pictures could never capture the true emotion we felt while there.

The house is perfectly perfect! Neighbors were most welcoming and informative. We travelled from Maryland and Virginia and are already planning the next time we can return! We have never enjoyed ourselves more!

Much smaller than the pictures make it out to be- other than the master bedroom.

Weird layout. Bed in the laundry room and two more in the hallway? Then a master bedroom that could easily be made into 2 separate bedrooms. After we got over the shock of that, we enjoyed the space and the proximity to everything.
