NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE Milton or Helene This is a great gated community with all the amenities - gym, heated pool,gas grills, tennis courts - located 2 miles from Indian shores beach. 7 miles away from Clearwater beach and 4 miles to st Pete beach and Johns pass. GROUND FLOOR condo, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Enjoy all that Florida has to offer. We are Walking distance to: Starbucks , lukens liquors, McDonald’s, Dailys burgers, tropical cafe, PDQ, TJ MAX, sprouts, Burlington, and other restaurants. 2 miles away is Seminole mall, beaches. The airports - tampa and st Pete are 20 min away. Perfect little location beautiful remodeled condo. Unit has two bedrooms each featuring queen size bed. We have 3 tv’s : one in living room and one in each bedroom. Ground floor no stairs ! Living room has a couch with a pull out queen size bed. Master bedroom has a spare blow up mattress. Everything is new!! Gorgeous marble counter tops, new appliances, paint, baseboards, crown molding, dishes, silverware, linens, etc. High speed Internet /dvr/cable. You won’t be disappointed ! 2 pets up to 25lbs allowed with $100 fee . Unit is stocked with all the essentials- plates, towels, linens, shampoo/ body wash,coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee and creamer.

I will provide all guests your self access front door lockbox info at 3 -4 pm the day of your arrival.
*Pet fee $100 up to 2 pets under 25lbs allowed
Our condo has two bedrooms one bathroom. The living room couch opens up into a queen bed.

Ac max is 71 As prior guess have turned on the AC is into the 50s and I’ve burned out our prior units. Do not book this home if 71 is not cool enough for you. In my opinion and 99.9% of guests this is sufficient and beyond sufficient!

What you see is what you get. The pictures are accurate to how everything looks. A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. The kitchen will VERY well appointed. It has plenty of everything and from what I saw, about every kitchen appliance ever. Full sized fridge, oven, dish washer, microwave, pots, pans, dish-ware
The works. There is also a full sized washer & dryer just past the fridge.Public spaces and pool were clear and well maintained and there was ample parking.This host was a true pleasure to work with. They have truly taken the time to set their renters up for a successful and stress free stay. From the full kitchen to the closet of outdoor/beach items, they have thought of pretty much everything. More importantly they were responsive to communications and up front on all expectation. Check in and out were a breeze.My only issues were 1 personal preference and 1 thing so minor it’s an issue in EVERY hotel ever. 1) the beds are super soft/squishy. I am used to a firmer mattress. They were comfy & I slept well. Just my preference. 2) I wish there were hooks in the shower to hang washcloths or swim suits. LOLz100/10 recommend. Thank you!

The condo is beautiful and in a good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I was traveling with a friend, and it felt a little crowded. It was very well supplied with almost anything you can think of. The condo is in excellent condition and decorated beautifully, but we felt that it was not practical for getting comfortable to relax. Apparently I didn't read in the posting that the air conditioning only goes as low as 71 degrees. We stayed in November, so the heat wasn't overbearing, but it definitely would be too warm on a hot summer day. It was especially stuffy in the small bedroom with the doors closed. The air was set to 71, but every time we returned it was too warm in there. Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment really is beautiful.

Beautiful condo, 10 minutes from where our daughter lives.Everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and an amazing shower!The host is great to work with and very welcoming. She was quick to answer any messages.The condo is in a good location as far as ameneties and, also, the complex is gated and you need a code to enter. The area seems very safe.

Wonderful unit, very clean and well stocked. Pretty much anything you could want or need on vacation, it’s provided. My grandchildren enjoyed the board games, beach toys/boogie boards and pool. Sandy was very communicative and checked on us during our stay. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy's property. It was convenient to everything and well.maintained. Sandy was very responsive to any requests. There is a nice collection of beach needs and just about anything you might want in the kitchen including spices.We would stay here again when in the area.

Home away from Home

The property was clean, conveniently located and had all of the amenities needed for a worry-free stay (and then some)!! We were taken back by the willingness of the hosts to help us out and meet us where we were at with some last minute schedule adjustments we had due to athletics. Would definitely stay there again! Ideal property in a central Seminole location

We’ve stayed in other units before in this condominium development, attracted by its location central to our needs and the nice work-out room. Sandra’s unit has been renovated using high-end materials, producing a bright and comfortable living space. The unit faces east which is ideal in this setting, allowing for use of the patio throughout the day. Kitchen well stocked.

Classy Condo should be the name

This condo was ideal for us as it was minutes from my mom's retirement community and my sister's post-hurricane rental. The colors are "Chip & Jojo" cool gray & white, and the pops of teal give it that beach vibe. There is a well appointed kitchen, which we greatly appreciated. The beds are comfy, the rooms are a fine size, and the lighted fireplace was a nice touch.

Great Stay

This property was very stocked up and provided things that my group had forgotten. It was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were a surplus of towels, spices, cleaning products, and beach items. Definitely recommend for your next beach trip.

Great communication

Sandra is great at communicating. Her response time was on point. We loved the place, 8 minutes from the beeches and about 25 min to Clear Water. The only thing I would say is that the main bedroom gets warm. There are plenty of fans to make this better. We loved all the amenities that the owner makes available. We had everything needed to cook including many spices. They have many chairs and beech towels as well as shampoo for both men and women, and laundry detergent. Thanks Sandra for a great place that felt like home.

Just Lovely

Wife and I enjoy our brief stay. Communication was excellent and pro-active. Without even asking we were able to check in early and check out the area. The condo was as advertised and loved the shower. Close to several beach and good restaurants. Quiet and tranquil. We will stay again next time we come down.

Great location, Great property

This was our first time to the Tampa/St. Pete's area. We loved the area and this condo was in a great location. Only 15 minutes to beaches and fun areas. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament at Baseball City and we were only 15 minutes from there as well. The condo is beautifully decorated, fully stocked with whatever you need and the owner was very responsive to any question. The property has a great pool area, nice workout room and community room. Also great area for grilling. The entire property is well cared for. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Training

Sandra’s condo is great! The area is quiet and the condo looks exactly as described! Great restaurants and beaches are just a short drive away. Friends and I stayed for spring training and it was perfect for our trip. Sandra is very communicative and makes sure your stay is 5 stars!
