Inviting garden level apartment, The JAD Cox Suite

Stylish and eclectic - this Tattnall Street one bedroom, one bath apartment has a private, covered, enclosed back deck with a large fish tank for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the King sized bed, hand scraped hardwood flooring, new quartz kitchen countertops, walk-in closet with washer/dryer, and heated towel rack in the bathroom. Fold out couch in the living room is a perfect spot for the kids. Great location near the crown jewel of Savannah - Forsyth Park - walk to everything Historic Savannah has to offer. This unit also includes a backup generator in the rare instance we lose power. The price may be negotiable for longer term stays depending on the time of year. Owners live upstairs and are licensed Realtors in the State of Georgia.

A great and convenient place to stay in the Historic District. 2 blocks from Forsyth Park and walkable all the way to the river. Really no need to even rent a car! Clean, safe, and very comfortable as well as ample street parking. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here. Location was great! We walked to everything in the historic district where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were wonderful! Ron thought of everything even the smaller touches like a heated towel bar . The mural on the patio wall was also pretty cool.

From the front door to the cute back patio, this place is amazing!!! The art, the location, the comfy bed, and the amazing hosts. Check in was amazing, the parking was so convenient, and they decorated the door with lights which made it so easy to find when we were walking back! It’s steps away from Forsyth park which is absolutely stunning. This was our first trip in forever without the kids and I cannot brag enough! We were able to walk everywhere with ease. It’s the perfect distance to walk to the st Patrick’s fun but far enough away to be out of the chaos once we got ready for bed. The host was so very kind and made everything very easy with check in and check out. Highly recommend

Perfection on my first trip to Savannah! My husband and I made a last minute trip to Savannah. The JAD Cox Suite looked like it would be a great option for us. It is exactly as described and in a terrific location. The communication with Ron, the host, was great. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Savannah.

This garden apartment was so perfect. 850 sq ft , filled with beautiful art and design. Close to everything and I mean everything. We had an amazing time. The walk in closet is huge, the king bed so comfy andthe porch was the cherry on top

Adorable Anniversary Suite

This was a great place to stay for 4 days in Savannah to celebrate our anniversary! It is in a really nice, quiet, historical neighborhood. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we went each day. Far enough away from the hoopla but close enough to enjoy it too! Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful property, immaculately furnished and maintained. Ron, the property manager/owner, answered questions immediately. The Cox Suite is in a perfect location in a fine neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park and a 5-minute walk from the Crystal Beer Parlor, one of the best restaurants in the city. We give the JAD Cox Suite are highest recommendation.

Perfection in Savannah

Ron’s property was lovely and convenient walking distance to everything. The house was comfortable and easy to enjoy. Ron had some great restaurant recommendations- we particularly liked Cotton and Rye! We had a terrific time!

Amy and I had a very nice stay at Ron's place. The location is awesome; just a few blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. We were able to walk to many terrific restaurants and it was a perfect spot to start our day from. Ron was very attentive and easy to get in touch with.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely fell in love with Savannah on a last-minute trip with our 2 kids for 4th of July weekend and Ron’s place was perfect! Located in a charming and safe neighborhood just walking distance to Forsyth park and restaurants was a 10/10 find. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed. Ron was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Amazing

Although my trip to Savannah didn’t really go off as planned, I was happy I chose this property. First, it’s in an amazing location. Everything you will need is within walking distance. Second, this property is impeccably decorated. I appreciate more of the high end furnishings and art. The bed and shower are amazing as well. Book this property, you won’t be disappointed.

This was our second stay at the JAD Cox suite. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable with amazing amenities and small touches. Our favorite thing about the suite is probably the location. It is situated on a very quiet street but still within walking distance to everything. My wife and I will definitely be back.
