Oceanside, California's Top Vacation Rental Location. This is BrooksBeachVacations' only 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo. Newly renovated! New kitchen and bathrooms. Freshly painted with bamboo floors. New leather furniture in the living room with 2 leather swivel recliners. This updated single-story 2-bedroom 2-full-bath condo is perfect for families. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, and the 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Large wall-mounted smart TVs are in the Bedrooms and living room with Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime.

There is a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have an open layout, which is perfect for gathering around for a meal or some family fun. The living room has a balcony and a gas fireplace. The front closet is supplied with board games, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and plenty of sand toys.

You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV has to offer: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, Fußball Table, pool tables, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property, and all guests have to be registered with the security office to be on site. The private resort atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a family vacation and has kept families returning year after year. TOT #124976

Condo has everything

This is my second stay at this condo. The location can’t be beat. The condo itself has everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. Thursdays street fare is a must, every kind of food is represented. Weather was beautiful even in November.

Oceanside Stay

Awesome place! Close to beach, pier, harbor, restaurants. Plenty of beach toys, towels! Kids enjoyed the boogie boards at the beach and golf and the pool! Walking distance to many places! Clean and comfy beds! Highly recommend! We enjoyed the coffee in the morning!

Perfect Oceanside stay

The North Coast Village is great for a beach vacation. Right on the beach with the extra amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again. Great for families.

Oceanside Stay

My husband and four kids stayed here for a summer vacation. Our host was so responsive and easy to communicate with. Checking in was a breeze. The condo was nice and accommodated our family well. We really enjoyed all the amenities that the property had to offer. It’s a very family friendly place and we felt safe letting our kids roam around the property whenever they wanted. The only negative I would say is the loud train across the street and parts of the property under construction.

Oceanside

We really liked the location we walked to dinner most nights. Also oceanside was a nice launching point to go to San Diego sea world, and Torey Pines and also visit family in Laguna Beach. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids and us to relax in after a busy day. We would stay at this condo location again. Only drawback was a musty smell but not much you can do about that given the climate and age of the building.

Excellent condo!

My husband, our adult daughter, and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting our son/brother at Camp Pendelton. Paul was excellent to work with, very responsive to questions, and provided all needed information. Check-in and check-out were smooth, very easy. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities for a beach vacation. It was a bit cool outside at times, but the heaters in the condo kept the temperature inside comfortable. The king beds were very comfortable, with good sheets and comforters. Having 2 full bathrooms was great for our family. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The resort was great, with a heated outdoor pool, a spa, and a good workout room with cardio and weights. The location was perfect for us, we love walking and jogging along the beach, the pier was great to walk along and watch the surfers and various birds. The secure parking area was also great, right next to the stairwell that led right to the condo. The resort is 2 miles from the main gate to Camp Pendelton, so very convenient to visit our son. Overall, we had a great experience here and would definitely rent again!

Easy Access to Beach

This unit was great for our needs, it had everything we needed. The train is the only downside, but in the evening when we’d sleep we just turned on the floor fans for white noise. The trains didn’t bother us that much, not enough to keep me up at night. We would stay in this unit again. Everything was clean and it was easy to get to the beach, which is why we like staying in NCV. One of the rooms has a walk in closet which was nice to store luggage and clothing, probably could fit a pack in play. The host is great and responded quickly to questions and requests.

5 days relaxing

Verry beautiful appartement and property. Wel maintained. We were there to relax after 2 weeks roadtrip around the West. A lot of amenities and close to the beach with a lot of waves.

We came just to hang out on the beach....And it was Awesome

We needed some R&R and Brooks Bungalows was the answer. We stayed in B116, The views, a waterfall to the side of us so relaxing. The beds are comfortable, clean well supplied thru out the bungalow 2min walk to the beach, loved it all we will be returning.

Loved staying here!!

This property is so nice! I was a little worried about noise as it is close to the road. But, that was not an issue at all! We had a lovely time and the condo was clean and well equiped! Paul was super easy to connect with and very helpful! Would highly recomnend!!

This is a very well appointed unit in North Coast Village in Oceanside. This makes the location perfect as you can walk to the beach, dining and anything you need. The host communicated ahead of time and the set up is easy.

Perfect Location

The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect! We walked to the Harbor Pier for lunch and to the Thursday night street festival. There is so much to do just at the property with a pool, hot tub, gym, putting green and so many more amenities! The owner is responsive and offered some great local places. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great despite weather

We have stayed at NCV before. We came back because it had everything we are looking for in a vacation spot. Beach, pool, sauna,whirlpool, workout facility and great dining. And close enough to visit San Diego and Carlsbad. Despite crazy rain pattern the week we were there, facility and especially Paul’s condo were top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Oceanside 12/30 to 1/2

We stayed at the property for 3 days from 12/30 to 01/02. Everything in the property is as shown in the pictures. Paul was very helpful and very responsive to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with everything required to cook meals.. If our future plans involve a visit to Oceanside, we will definitely be coming back to this house for our stay."

Get away escape

Perfect place with resort accommodation. The unit has ample space for lodging and the kitchen has ALL the necessary equipment needed. We had a wonderful stay and lifelong memories.

Amazing family vaca spot

The place was amazing — loved being so close to the beach (and unit had all the beach things we could need), kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub, and place was centrally located making it easy to do San Diego/Disneyland activities! Communication with owner was amazing as well!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Best Weekend

We were so busy all we did was sleep there. I was a quite annoyed that we had an extra $75.00 dollar charge for damages, that was non refundable on top of the cleaning fee. Most places refund it after it has been checked . 😕Your place is very nice a little disappointing with all of the fees and extra charges. One last note the power cord to one of the recliner’s was missing. We checked all the drawers and couldn’t find it. I reported it to the resort office. Sue Whiting
