You'll also have access to amenities such as pools (both indoor & out), hot tub, pickleball court & more.

The Space:
Prepare for an enchanting escape to southern Utah! At Spirit of the Rock, we're committed to ensuring you experience the best of Kanab. From our beautiful deluxe home to area attractions, we want to leave you with the most magical, memorable vacation you've experienced. Come get to know our home!

Spirit of the Rock features plenty of room for up to ten people and pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.

Living Room - Open floor plan, sofa, loveseats and chair, tables, decorative piano, large Smart TV, gas fireplace.

Kitchen - Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, baking dish, cookie sheet, pots, pans, waffle iron, and a pizza pan. Kitchen island with stools for three, dining table with seating for six.

Master Suite - King bed, end tables, chair, Smart TV, gas fireplace, private access to back patio, ensuite bathroom.

Master Ensuite Bathroom - Two sink vanity, luxurious soaking tub, spacious tiled walk-in shower, private toilet room, walk-in closet, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner.

Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, nightstand, closet, Smart TV.

Guest Bedroom 2 - Two double beds, nightstand, closet, Smart TV.

Guest Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds, end table, closet.

Guest Bathroom - Vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, complimentary shampoo, soap & conditioner.

Laundry Room - Full capacity washer & dryer, laundry sink, ample counter space, complimentary laundry detergent & fabric softener.

Front Patio - Tables & chairs.

Backyard - Securely fenced with both a gravel area and grass area, covered patio with outdoor furniture, propane fire pit with outdoor seating, propane grill.

Garage - Two car.

Guest Access:
Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.

The clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers a communal indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, game room, and outdoor pavilion. Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May, weather permitting.

The Neighborhood:
The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Getting Around:
La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Again, this property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.

It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.

Rules for La Estancia Community:
- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.
- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
