Welcome to BearPaw's Dream. It's a completely remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath (sleeps 10) ground floor condo with mountain views from the living room. It is located at 124 Plaza Dr. Pigeon Forge, TN and is within the Mountain View Condos Resort Complex.

BearPaw's Dream Condo is approximately 100 yards off the Parkway. It's walking distance to several Pigeon Forge attractions with connecting sidewalks all the way up the Parkway. It's next door to the Country Tonight Theater, across the street from the Titanic, and a hop and skip to the famous restaurant "The Local Goat". It is between light #0 and light#1 at the Dunkin' Donuts.

The Mountain View Condos Resort has an outdoor pool, hot tub and an indoor heated pool. We have basketball and volleyball court, shuffle board, corn hole toss, horseshoes, playground, picnic tables and BBQ grills. Not to mention a paved walking trail with swings and benches along the way for your enjoyment.

We are the new owners of this unit and have completely remodeled it. When we bought this condo, our motto was "out with the old and in with the new". We have upgraded everything in this condo. It is equipped with all new appliances, granite countertops, flooring, tile showers, new jacuzzi tub, and new toilets. Let's not forget to mention that it has all new and modern furniture, bedding, memory foam mattresses, pillows, and luxury sheets and towels.

Watch wildlife play in the woods from right inside the living room. Cozy up on the 2 recliners or the 2 leather sofas next to the electric fireplace and enjoy this peaceful getaway.

Master bedroom has a complete separate entrance. Walk out the french doors to your private patio view. Breathe in the crisp mountain morning air while enjoying your morning coffee. The Master bedroom has a king memory foam mattress, flat screen TV, hidden mini fridge, mini microwave and mini Keurig. The master bathroom has a 2 person jacuzzi tub and separate large walk in shower.

The location is really good. It’s close to everything in pigeon forge. The room was clean and the decor was pleasantly modern. This unit is in the first building, parking was adequate, the pool is on the back of the property and nice but it’s a 3 to 4 hundred yard walk to get there. I would stay again.

Great condo with a perfect location to town and Dollywood. Loved that it was a ground floor corner unit as it made it super easy for all our guests. The bedrooms were as described and all beds were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to book this unit again!

The condo itself was great and well maintained. The location was also great and close to everything. My kids were really looking forward to the indoor pool and it was absolutely disgusting. The water was yellow and not transparent. Do not book with plans of going to the pool. Make sure you bring soap and laundry detergent, you will need it as there aren’t enough towels provided to get you through the trip. All in all, I’d stay here again. It’s more the grounds that need some help.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy booking and check in. Host was great and provided us with everything we needed. Perfect location for us. Only two issues were the light was out at the front door and a large invasion of lady bug at both back doors. To be fair everyone in Pigeon were complaining about them. Overall great stay and will book this unit again.

Overall the property was nice. Location is near the main road through Pigeon Forge. Many attractions are to the south and require a left hand turn to get to from this property. During peak hours when traffic is at a stand still that is near impossible. The listing notes pool access included, however no pool towels are provided. The indoor pool was cloudy, the outdoor pool was clear, but roped off with caution tape, and the hot tub was not functioning during our time there. The ice machine in the fridge was also not working during our stay and no ice cube trays were provided. Overall, slightly better than a hotel stay, but could be improved.

This was a good place to stay. Very close to everything. The pool and location were great! The only issue was the bedding was left dirty and there were no extra sheets to use the night we arrived. I had to wash the bedding the next day and the fitted sheet had a tear that was worse after washing it. I would recommend the host have clean linens and back-ups for all beds.

This Condo was definitely the way to go!

I am Renee Hurst the owner of BearPaw's Dream. My husband, Todd and I are from Lineville, Alabama. We have been married for 28 years and have 2 grown children and 1 precious grandchild. We enjoy buying, renovating, managing and selling properties. I have a love and a passion for party planning, design and decorating. My husband is a general contractor and he owns a construction company based in Munford, AL. Having a husband as a contractor is an all time plus. He is the "Chip" to all of my "JoAnna" design ideas. We are nuts for a fixer upper and have always had some sort of renovation or project going on for the past 28 years.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Pigeon Forge, TN is one of our favorite places to visit. We love all the nature that is has to offer, as well as the numerous attractions, restaurant's, shows and shopping it has to offer. You don't want to miss out on having a Pigeon Forge experience. BearPaw's Dream Unit 1101 went from rags to riches in 2020. It was in pitiful shape when we purchased it and it had never had any repairs or updates since it was built in 2007. I could see the potential that it had and instantly fell in love and the Mountain View Condos Resort. We had previously looked at many cabins and condos and quickly discovered that parking and yard space seemed to always be an issue. Mountain View Condos Resort solved all of those issues for us. It has a mountain view, our unit is on the ground floor, plenty of parking for the 10 guest we can accommodate, plenty of outdoor activities for adults and kids. It was the perfect condo for us and for our potential guest.
