This home has beautiful natural light in every room and has been fully updated with a modern touch. Includes so many wonderful sitting areas: modern living room, screened lanai with dining table, Florida sunroom with amazing farm table and lounge sofa, outside patio with grill and chaise lounges. Walking distance to Gulf Gate Library, Restaurants and Nightlife. Close to Costco and Shopping. No RVs, Boats, Jet Skis, or Commercial Vehicles are permitted.

The house was perfect for our sisters / girls get away. I wanted a classy place with refined features to call home for a long weekend. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to cook breakfasts and sip coffees together. Being only a short drive from Siesta Key made it so easy for us to drive out and take walks along the #1 beach in the USA. Coming back home we enjoyed watching the Pacers Basketball finals on the huge TV together in the living room, and then sinking into the oh so very comfortable beds each night. The showers had unbelievable water pressure! We will be back!!!!!

Perfect Location and House

We stayed 6 nights while visiting with my brother and his family. This is a great location, clean house, and all around awesome find. We would stay again! 10/10 for us!!!

Great place to stay!

Not only was the house nice and very clean, it was also very centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Sarasota. The host, Alice, even recommended some great restaurants near by, one of which we went to for our anniversary and it was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Stay

We stayed here for a little over a month in between moves. As a long-time resident of Sarasota, I speak from experience when I say this is a great neighborhood! Close to shops, restaurants, and of course lovely Siesta Key. Alice was great and made sure we had a great stay. Would recommend this property!

Clean, open, and bright home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We stayed with our two kids and our dog over Spring break. The house is nice and open, bright and very welcoming, and in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with many of the essentials that you need, and the property was nice and clean. Communication with the host both before and during the stay was excellent. There is a very large grocery store and a bunch of restaurants around the house that are all very close (less than 5 mins away). It's not far from Siesta Key beach at all, but it does get busy trying to get there (esp. during spring break) and parking can be an issue if you are driving there. While further away, we actually had some better experiences at North Lido beach as there was a lot more parking and it was a little quieter there.

Great place just as described and definitely rent again if in area!!!

The rental was clean, great amenities, communication with property manage was great and overall very happy with rental!! We would definitely rent again if in area!!!

Great work/vacation getaway

My husband and I really liked this property. Lovely outdoor table in patio. Spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend.
