Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and beautifully decorated with beach vibes throughout. The backyard pool and sunroom was definitely the highlight — we spent most of our time there cooling off and lounging under the sun. The pool can be heated which is a plus! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to a great farm supermarket, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores nearby. Plus, being only 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach made it so easy to enjoy one of the best beaches in the country. The beds were comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing Sarasota getaway!

Month long stay in Sarasota

The house was remodeled quite nice! Loved having the pool and sun porch. Although we were not able to use the pool due to weather being cooler than usual and we did not want to pay extra to heat it. The neighborhood was amazing. The house was clean and all linens were clean. The only issues we had was there was a smell of urine in the master bedroom, and a lot of moister in the house. The company came out immediately and took a foam topper off the bed that also had an odor and was not comfortable to sleep on, and changed all bedding including bedbug cover and mattress pad. We inspected the rest of the bedding but did not see any urine stains. The smell got better but never fully went away. They also brought out a dehumidifier and that sucked alot of moister out throughout our stay. I think it is pretty new to the rental market because it could use a few more items in the kitchen for longer term renters. Luckily I brought a lot of items from home so I improvised. The company is easy to get along with and very responsive to any issues or needs that you have.

The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet & we really enjoyed the pool. The beds were soft & comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious & super clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & utensils & a regular drip coffee pot, which was great for brewing a full pot instead of one cup at a time. The kitchen & dining room floors & the kitchen cabinets are showing some wear & unfortunately that diminishes the overall impression. Although we visited beautiful Siesta Key beach, the pool was icing on the cake for our trip. It's large & sparkling clean. We paid to have the heater on & it was worth every dollar. The weather was sunny but cool & we would not have been able to use the pool without the heater. It was glorious floating in the pool. The pool cage keeps bugs & leaves away, making it even more enjoyable. We brought our dog with us & walked her in the fenced yard & in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. Lots of dead-end streets & cul de sacs, which limits traffic. Parking is tight - not a problem for us but be aware that there's no street parking & the driveway short & narrow. The management company was extremely responsive. They were always available & answered every question quickly. The neighborhood is about 15 minutes from Siesta Key beach & 30 minutes from St. Armand's Circle. It's a great location- close to everything & less pricey than renting on the beach. We would rent the house again. It was a very good experience.

This house was definitely a favorite of ours. It was very clean and had a starting supply of necessary items. The house had an excellent selection of pots, pans, dishes, etc. It was equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The outdoor area was our favorite. Nice, clean pool and a fully fenced yard for the dogs. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. The neighborhood was safe and the house is near restaurants and grocery stores.
