What a wonderful home ! It was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The communication with the Host was prompt and courteous. Our Friends from Upstate NY were loving waking up to the sound of the ocean. A truly spectacular home !

Great summer vacation! Amazing views of the beach and very easy access, just a short walk from the house to the boardwalk. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances ( Keurig. coffee pot, toaster, etc) that you need to make full meals at home. There are a lot of restaurants and a Publix very close to the house, and great ice cream shops. We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this house. Also, Randy, the host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great House for Family of 7

House worked our perfectly for us. It was walking distance to a family home where a memorial celebration was being held. Also located directly across AIA from the Atlantic - pretty views. Lots of space - 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths worked perfectly for three couples and one single. We even had our daughter's cat with us! Owner very responsive and easy to work with.

Fantastic deck with a great view

Great location. The house is large, great layout for groups or families, plenty of bathrooms, and has everything you might need. The upper deck has a great view of the ocean, and when the sun was setting and/or it was too windy or cold for the front, we sat on the back deck which was hot and sunny. Decorated nicely. However, the house could use a deep cleaning (insides of drawers, mop floors, wash bedspreads) and could definitely use some new towels and pillows. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. Lots to do in St. Augustine.

Fun in Flagler

Pros: Located in the pleasant community of Flagler Beach, just across A1A from a nice beach. Very well-equipped beach house for our 10 person family ages 2 to 65. Nice small front deck, spacious and furnished ocean view deck. Minutes from many restaurants and a short drive to groceries. Cons: Only 2 - late getting into cottage as cleaners were still (thoroughly) at work, and no child gate available as listed on the amenities list. Overall an enjoyable stay and no hesitation in recommending to others looking for a beach front vacation.

Old Friends Reunion

Three old friends met in Flagler Beach to spend a few days together catching up. This was the perfect place -- size, location, condition, etc. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. And so many restaurants nearby. Plenty to do and see. Had everything we needed!

Excellent 3d stay

Our family, ranging in ages from 75 to 3, had another excellent stay in this beautiful, well furnished, extremely clean home. All beds were so comfortable, complete with extra blankets and linens. The 3 large showers were state of the art. Towels for our large family were plentiful. The kitchen was completely furnished with every item that we needed. The large deck, which overlooked the Atlantic, had comfortable chairs and lounges to accommodate all of us. The sound of the waves were constant and so relaxing. We love this location due to the old Florida way of life. No high rise condos blocking our views. The walk to the ocean is a very short walkable distance. The neighborhood is quiet, but all the memory making fun is close by. We will definitely be returning to this well maintained, beautiful home.

Great experience

Laid back beach town. Several casual but good restaurants close to this property. Home is very nice, well maitained and has plenty of upgraded accessories. Would definately recommend. Host was quite informative.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is so big with plenty of room for everyone! We have never stayed in a beach house that had so much comfortable furniture to relax in. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was happy. There is a highway between the house and the ocean which we knew but we didn’t realize we would have to walk down the street a little bit to get to the boardwalk crossing to the ocean. It is still close but we were a little surprised when we got there. We loved Flagler Beach and the house and made so many forever memories!

Family Vacation

My family and I love Flagler Beach. The beach house was beautiful. We loved the ocean view and the balconies. The house was close the all our favorite places the eat, like walking distance from the Turtle Shack.

I have been married for 30+ years and I have 2 daughters. My wife and I bought our vacation rental in Flagler Beach in 2003. The house is our second home and a vacation rental from the day we purchased the property. I have been managing the property from the beginning and have updated the house throughout. We recently purchased a 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse on the island of Roatan in the Caribbean. We love the beach and warm weather and will eventually make the move south. I certainly hope this happens much sooner than later!

Flagler Beach is a small community on the east coast directly between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Flagler provides that old Florida charm and family atmosphere that is so hard to find anymore. You don't have to arrive at the beach at 6am to grab just a little bit of the sand. There is always plenty of room at Flagler Beach!

The small town atmosphere, and locally owned restaurants make Flagler Beach The perfect vacation spot!
