Brand New 6 Bedroom ,, 5 Bath Oceanfront Beach House. 75 pieds de la plage. AccÚs à la plage de l'autre cÎté de la rue. Grande salle familiale, salle à manger et cuisine, grande salle de lavage. 12 couchages dans les lits et 2 supplémentaires sur le canapé-lit. Suite privée séparée au rez-de-chaussée. Grande véranda et terrasse au deuxiÚme étage avec terrasse supérieure au troisiÚme étage offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan.
Spa pour 7 personnes avec cuisine d'été sous Lanai. Du son

The place was AMAZING!!! The host was super responsive and accommodating. We had a 5-star stay through and through! This is definitely a must stay, close to the center of Flagler Beach and an unbelievable view and house!

The rental was a beautiful, very clean, and well maintained three story home with an elevator, which was a huge help. The beach entrance was right across the street. The home was located close to the pier, but not too close. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The owners were available whenever texted, and the rules were clear and customary. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Great property! Terrific views! Relaxed atmosphere!

Second time staying here for our annual work trip. The house was, again, perfect . Everything was great! It’s away from Daytona so it’s easy to relax. The beach view from the deck is amazing. The host was super accommodating, as always. We will be booking this again next year!

Incredible hosts, amazing hosts, perfect location

We loved our stay at Corrine and Barry’s home. They were so flexible with us needing to change dates. My mother is on a journey with cancer and uses a walker, thanks to the elevator she could still come and enjoy the trip!! The house is close to everything and all the beds are comfy. We will definitely be back!!

Best way to end the year and bring in a new one!

This property and location was an ideal pick for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). We walked to restaurants or cooked at the house. The patio/balcony turned out to be the perfect viewing spot for the New Year's fireworks display from the pier!The elevator was a real asset for one of our group who has trouble with stairs and it helped with moving luggage.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house!

Barry , a Home Builder of 40 years, tried to take everything into consideration in designing and building this vacation home. Our last home had a pool but since space was
an issue, we have included a large hot tub for out guest to enjoy. We want our guest to enjoy the home as we will. Our goal is to have happy returning guest for years to come.
The two reside in Orange Park Florida and own and operate Poimboeuf Homes Inc, 1560 Wells Road, Orange Park, 904 278 2822 or 904 571 1057. Poimboeufhomes.com. We are always a phone call away or one hour drive if there is a problem.

Flagler Beach is a quaint little beach town with an awesome view and a lot of charm.
