Welcome to your North Scottsdale Desert Retreat

This newly remodeled home sits on an elevated, private 1/2 acre lot in upscale North Scottsdale, offering breathtaking views of the McDowell Mountains. Relax in the hot tub as the sun sets over the Sonoran Desert, where iconic saguaros and desert wildlife surround you.

Inside, the professionally furnished 3BR, 2.5BA home features an open-concept layout with two spacious living areas, each with its own 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV loaded with YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. High-speed WiFi (150 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) keeps you connected.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-end appliances, including a ZLINE 48" professional gas range, electric oven, microwave, and a coffee bar with Keurig. A full set of cookware, dishes, and spices is provided for your convenience.

The master suite offers a king bed, freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and large closet. Guest rooms include one with a queen bed and one with two twins, each with ceiling fans and dressers.

This is a beautiful home, very well appointed as is reflected in the photos. Neil was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a special request from us. The place is just down the street from a nice walking/biking trail system. And easy to get to other locations around Scottsdale and Phoenix.

One of our favorite places we’ve stayed in north Scottsdale over past 7 years. Great location, right around corner from Troon North and just few minutes from Pinnacle Peak area with several great restaurants. Place was very clean, huge master bedroom with very comfortable bed. Hot tub was huge plus ! Kitchen well stocked with everything. We’ll be back.

PERFECTION!

This home is a winner! Elegant, comfortable, well appointed. Master bed is very comfortable! Master Bath luxurious. Everything and more than it shows. Sunrise and Sunset view from patio. Easy to get to trails and dining. very quiet neighborhood - all brand new. We will be back. Neil is very very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Liked the hot tub, indoor fireplace, and coffee station. Appreciated the easy check in and check out. House is located near many golf courses and hiking trails. Good restaurants and shopping not far away.

Beautiful house in Scottsdale!

Loved this house and our 2-week stay here! It looks brand new, lots of amenities, sweet coffee bar, comfy beds. You can ride to mountain bike trails from the house. Shopping and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away, and actually a few things within walking distance(pizza, cafe, bike shop, Walgreens). There is no pool but a great hot tub and very nice outdoor seating area. Great house, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Host was very responsive to any questions and recommendations. Loved it!

North Scottsdale Home

We had a fabulous vacation at this wonderful property. The location could not have been more perfect for our needs (golf and hiking) but still close enough to get to Phoenix and other locations near and around Scottsdale. The house was exactly as pictured; spacious, extremely clean and modern. It was stocked with many basics that I was happy not to have to purchase (spices, oils, coffee, paper towels, etc.) We loved the hot tub and outside fireplace. Neil was an exceptional host and answered all my questions immediately and offered great suggestions for restaurants, hiking trails, etc. This is definitely my favorite Vrbo rental and I hope I have the opportunity to return. Thanks!

Perfect January Desert Get-a-way

We’ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything the Valley has to offer. I’m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where we’ve built our life together.

Over the years, we’ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—whether it’s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Scottsdale in style and comfort.

At home, we don’t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.
