Unit 3C "Vitamin Sea" is a 3 bedroom unit with 3 FULL baths! As you walk into the unit, you’ll be treated to a newly renovated floor plan, designed with an “open concept” that is unique to Seacove. There is a full bath on this main floor, convenient when large families take advantage of the new queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen now features an open concept, L shaped cabinet layout with a large island table, capable of seating the entire crew of eight, which flows without obstruction into the living room. The living room is now larger thanks to eliminating the need to share the space with a dining table. We’ve added a large, Smart HDTV with upgraded sound so you can enjoy your Netflix or Amazon Prime memberships when you wind down after a day of fun and sun. Other new features on this floor are new vinyl-planked flooring, new ceiling fan, new lighting, and new bathroom vanity.



“But wait… there’s more!” as the infomercials say! The entire unit has been freshly painted, we’ve converted many of our electrical outlets to have USB charging ports, and upstairs, we’ve added a recessed dresser area/TV nook to the pool facing master bedroom. Speaking of upstairs, here you will find the three bedrooms. Two of these are ensuite master bedrooms featuring king-sized beds (with new, pillowtop mattresses), HD TVs, new ceiling fans, and their own private, full baths. The third bedroom features a custom built-in bunk bed with trundle styled storage drawers and a desk area, creatively decorated for a nautical feel (for your little swashbucklers)!



The unit features free Wi-Fi and has been decorated with color and fun to provide that tropical beach vacation feel vacationers appreciate! There is also a utility room at the front of the unit with a private/dedicated washer & dryer for your convenience, as well as some excess storage area for your beach items. You also will have two dedicated parking spaces in the front of the unit, with additional overflow parking nearby. A grilling station is also short steps from this front entrance. And as the title states, the pool, which was recently redesigned with zero entry area and shooting water fountains, is right out your back door! This unit is also one of the closer Seacove units to our deeded beach access.
