  ....... Le Blue Dolphin est un immeuble de 10 unités de 5 étages construit en 2001. La propriété se trouve directement sur la plage de l'ßle d'Okaloosa et toutes les unités font face au golfe du Mexique. Cette unité au deuxiÚme étage joliment décorée est lumineuse et aérée avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes (une avec une douche à l'italienne et une avec une baignoire) plus un canapé-lit queen. Il dispose également de lits superposés dans le couloir. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée est équipée de comptoirs en granit et d'armoires en érable. Hors du salon est un balcon privé donnant sur la piscine, avec la plage et le golfe du Mexique juste au-delà. Prenez votre café du matin sur le balcon pendant que vous regardez les dauphins jouer dans l'océan! Blue Dolphin propose également un service de plage gratuit.

Great unit

The unit itself was nice and clean. Close to the beach and more private which is awesome. Unfortunately there was construction so the pool was closed but we spent the whole day at the beach anyways. Would definitely stay here again!

great enjoyable stay

we truly enjoyed our vacation on the beach. it was a great family place to go . we loved spending time with our grandkids and other families were doing the same thing. there wasn't any singles having parties etc. the condo was great plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beach right outside your door. we will consider this property on our next beach trip. thank you

Great beach location!

If you want direct access to the beach this is the place. Smaller, well maintained building steps from the beach. We consider smaller a plus. About a mile from some beachfront shops and restaurants. It comfortably sleeps 4; 6 would be a stretch and would have to be young kids. Condo is nicely decorated, comfy furniture, decent kitchen appliances and great laundry. Nice linens, dishes, cutlery and serviceable cookware and utensils. Covered parking. Living/dining is combined and would be cramped with 6. Owner was very responsive to a couple of minor issues and they were resolved within a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay!

Dirty and in bad location

While Ken and Edie were fantastic, the condition was so horrible we had to leave. This may have been due to the cleaning people, but still unacceptable. The beach access was nice but that’s about it. There is a motel directly behind the condos that did not look so great and the area is a bit shady overall. The living space is small and to have 8 people there would be ridiculous. The couch was dirty, the mattresses flimsy. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Beautiful views and property

Overall this is a beautiful and well-kept property with a perfect location on Florida's best beach! This unit is a bit dated in terms of interior decor, but has everything needed for a great getaway!

5 o’clock somewhere

Well maintained unit, comfortable, great location. Overlooks pool and beach and short walk to the beach. Property managers Red and John made it known they were usually around if you need anything, but we didn’t. We enjoy the smaller complex because it makes beach set up, included with condo, less crowded. Elevator and carts made it easy to transfer luggage. Our only disappointment was difficulty with television, no cable or local channels, but we spent most of our time at beach, pool, or balcony any way. We never felt guilty about sipping on wine or beer because the large clock in the dining room stayed at 5 o’clock. Will gladly book again, if the owners will have us.

Overall the place was very nice. However, in the kitchen we were disappointed with the lack of cooking utensils and small appliances. Also we had an issue with the left front burner on the stove.

Great location, nice place overall!

I stayed during a week that the property was undergoing construction on the balcony’s and pool. I wish there had been something worked out for parking, because that was an issue for everyone staying. Other than the parking, the construction didn’t bother my family. The property itself is nice and taken care of, and the location is very nice. I would probably give this property a 5 star rating on any other trip, but the lack of parking, and the fact that there were no accommodations made to the renters to help with the parking issue was irritating.

Great Condo/Great Location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Blue Dolphin 203. The condo was beautiful and offered plenty of space for my family of four. The complex was on the beach and also offered umbrella service each day we were there...which we loved! Check in and check out was easy, the complex was also a short driving distance from the Gulfarium and several eating spots. If our travels take us back to Fort Walton Beach, Blue Dolphin 203 will be the first place we will look to stay!

VERY understated in the ad!

Due to a booking error we ended up staying at the property right next door to the blue dolphin, called Turtle Walk. It was fantastic! The condo was beautifully furnished and has everything we needed and more! My family is large, 7 in total, and finding reasonably priced accommodations is extremely difficult. We have stayed in multiple properties on the gulf shore and this one far surpassed the others in price, location and condition! the property manager was very timely and helpful with instructions. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the layout was perfect for spending time with family and the master bedroom had the most gorgeous view of the ocean! It was incredible waking up to the sound, smell and sight of the ocean! I can only pray my family has the opportunity to stay at this condo again!

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin last spring and it was absolutely wonderful! We were very impressed with being directly on the ocean and the private pool! The condo was very clean and had plenty of amenities. The dolphins swimming by was a nice added touch! :) We hope to return again soon! Thank you and many blessings!
