Totalement rénové !!! Tout nouveau !!!

Venez profiter de notre condo entièrement rénové (mars 2015) avec vue sur le 14e fairway et le lac Stewart dans Seascape Resort. Seascape Resort se trouve sur le bord est de Destin et offre aux visiteurs une évasion relaxante, mais une atmosphère confortable. Il y a 2000 pieds de plage de sable blanc immaculée, 300 acres de verts luxuriants et de lacs tranquilles, golf sur place, tennis, basket-ball, 5 piscines, location de vélos et sports nautiques.

Notre unité spacieuse, joliment décorée, lumineuse (et sans fumée) est l'une des quatre du bâtiment et est située au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux chambres et deux salles de bain dans notre condo. Le maître a un lit king avec sa propre salle de bain privée. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un ensemble de lits superposés en pin et d'un lit simple. Le canapé dans le salon a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme queen qui peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement. En tout, notre condo peut accueillir 7 personnes. Pour votre commodité, il y a une machine à laver et sèche-linge pleine grandeur à l'intérieur du condo.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les éléments essentiels et plus encore. Il y a des sièges pour 6 à la table de la cuisine. Il y a aussi un coin bonus attaché à la cuisine qui peut être utilisé pour des sièges supplémentaires ou comme espace de bureau.

Il y a 3 téléviseurs à écran plat Samsung (55 ", 42", 32 ") dans le condo plus un lecteur DVD. Internet sans fil gratuit est également fourni.

Les eaux émeraude et les sables sucriers de la plage de Miramar ne sont qu'à quelques pas du lac Stewart. Seascape a un accès à la plage privée avec chaise et location de plage disponibles. Un parking privé juste à côté de la plage est disponible pour les clients qui préfèrent conduire.

Les attractions à proximité incluent le shopping au centre commercial Silver Sands, le shopping et les restaurants au Baytowne Wharf à Sandestin, la pêche en haute mer, les parcs aquatiques, le golf miniature et une grande variété d'options de restauration. Les communautés voisines au bord de la plage de 30A (Grayton Beach, Watercolour, Seaside et Blue Mountain) sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Beautiful condo!

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view of the golf course and a cute little pond. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The property manager was available for any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very nice condo at Seascape

The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were also TVs in each bedroom and a nice large tv in the family room. The location was perfect. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool is basically just out the back door. It’s also very close to good restaurants and a Winn Dixie grocery store. We would love to go back here.

Great stay for a golf and beach vacation

Long drive from Orland but worth it if you want to golf and enjoy the beach. Awesome, cosy, clean and fully equipped appartement in an building of 4 At walking distance to the beach and with free access to 5 swimming pools on the property

Great Destin Getaway Spot

This is our 2nd time staying in Seascape. We love the community feel, the multiple pools, pickleball courts & easy beach access. We love the convenience to multiple dining & shopping options close by as well. 16B is a property we will defining is it again in the future. The interior has been completely updated, the beds are comfortable & having access to a washer & dryer was such a treat! Robin is an excellent hostess with clear communication for check in/out procedures. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape golf villa. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner there several nights. The tennis court and pool are right behind the condo, and the front porch has a beautiful view of the golf course and lake. We hopped in the car and drove about 2 minutes to a private parking lot right across from the beach each time we went. My husband and son enjoyed golfing during our stay as well. There is plenty to do for an active family, and we loved our time here!

Fun for a family of six!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a fantastic weeklong stay. Robin made us feel right at home from the very beginning. We definitely enjoyed our coffee and the early morning view from the patio as it overlooked the golf course and a small pond. We chose to walk to the beach, which was only about a 10-12min walk, (with full beach gear). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners! Bedrooms and closers were sized appropriately and all of the beds were comfy. One of the 5 resort pools was located within about 100 yards of the condo which was very convenient! Overall this unit was just right for us, and we felt that the resort was quiet, safe, and conveniently located in town for our needs.

Misrepresented and terrible communication

I’ve used VRBO many times and haven’t ever needed to leave a poor review. I honestly do not know how there are so many good reviews. My first warning should have been the very delayed response to messages ( days). After checking in, there was not a binder of info about the property or area like there has been at every other VRBO we have stayed in. We then spent a lot of time driving around the property trying to locate the heated pool and the hot tub since there wasn’t any info available to tell us where to go. We specifically chose this place even though it was 400 higher than the other place we considered, because the listing stated there was a heated pool AND a hot tub. This was important to us because we were traveling in April. We for sure wanted a hot tub knowing that it could be cool at times. It was a very disappointing discovery that a hot tub did not exist. This was a top priority for our kids. When I messaged the host, she offered us a refund if we wanted to pack up and find another place to stay. I spent hours researching out a place for us to stay prior to booking that met our wishlist. We spent more than we wanted to ensure we had the things we wanted. If you have ever packed a family of 5, drove all night, then unloaded the car, you would agree that spending valuable time searching out another place AND then need to repack and then unpack was not a reasonable option. We are incredibly disappointed with this host.

Wonderful host! Great condo!

We had a great stay at the golf villas. Robins condo is well put together and most importantly clean. We had a couple of small hiccups the first day and Robin worked really hard to ensure everything was resolved promptly and effectively.
