Ce condo récemment rénové dispose d'un grand balcon avec vue directe sur la piscine de la cour et les montagnes de San Jacinto.
Le condo est parfait pour les couples, les familles et les filles ou les gars en week-end.
Les activités sont infinies. Golf, randonnée, shopping, restaurants, temps de piscine sont à quelques minutes.
La cuisine bien équipée dispose de tous les appareils Frigidaire de la série professionnelle afin que vous puissiez préparer un repas gastronomique ou simplement faire une collation de fin de soirée. Aucun détail n'a été négligé. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, il y a des centaines de bons restaurants dans les environs pour tous les goûts. Et ai-je dit propre? Nous sommes fiers de maintenir une politique stricte pour garder l'unité propre pour votre confort.

La chambre principale a un lit king Beautyrest avec une nouvelle tête de lit à dossier haut et sa propre salle de bain privée. La chambre principale a un 52 en HDTV.
La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et un téléviseur intelligent LG 42 pouces avec Apple TV.

Le balcon spacieux donne sur la piscine de la cour, le bain à remous et les montagnes. L'endroit idéal pour profiter d'une tasse de café le matin ou prendre un cocktail en soirée avant le dîner. Il y a aussi deux chaises et une table pour s'asseoir et avoir une conversation tranquille ou tout simplement lire un bon livre. Le balcon est couvert pour vous garder au frais pendant les mois d'été. Un nouveau grill Weber rendra votre barbecue délicieux.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse LG à chargement frontal de grande taille facilitent la lessive.

Cette unité a tout, que vous séjourniez pendant une semaine, un mois ou la saison, vous profiterez de superbes vues, d'un décor élégant et d'un excellent emplacement à South Palm Springs (SANS VENT) à quelques minutes des commerces, de la vie nocturne et des restaurants du centre-ville. .

We loved our stay here. The condo is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is wonderful. It is a close drive to sights and activities as well as shopping and food/restaurants. Steve is a wonderful host - extremely responsive and communicative. We recommend this place wholeheartedly and would stay here again in heartbeat! It was perfect!

Quiet and relaxing

Condo is in a great location near plenty of places to eat and things to do, yet it still feels like a quiet escape. Owner is easy to reach and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and eating meals on the balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo is well equipped with just about anything you’d need, including pool chairs and a soft side cooler.

From initial check-in to walking out the door on the last day everything was fantastic! The unit is super clean and has everything you would need to feel at home. All four pools are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained throughout the entire property! Short drive to downtown PS. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

This condo is beautifully decorated and roomy. Proximity to so many things…hiking, downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in, very clean. Pool and hot tub are steps away and wonderful after a day of hiking. Neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The host, Steve, was a great communicator and responded to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay at the waverly house!! What a perfect place to stay and enjoy Palm Springs. The accommodation was awesome and the property was fantastic. We took advantage of the pickleball courts as well as the pool and hot tub.Thanks Steve for a amazing place to stay for two weeks. We will be back!!

A serene retreat

My sister and I enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was very spacious and quiet which we loved. The beds were really comfortable. The balcony had a beautiful view. We had all we needed to prepare delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. We loved that we could walk to the store and get our groceries since the location was in walking distance of multiple stores like Trader Joes my personal favorite. I purchased this condo for the quality of renovations that was done to the condo. The previous owner gutted the unit and the interior was completely updated. So you’ll have a new condo that’s located in a great location Shopping, restaurants, and all the activities you could ask for are just minutes away.
I think guest want to stay in a new, and inviting space that provides extras that make your vacation a more pleasant experience. I have taken the time to see that every need is taken care of so you can focus on having a good time. You want fresh squeezed orange juice, not a problem. We have various fruit trees and a electric juicer. Want to relax by the pool? Lounge chairs provided in the unit. You can enjoy all 4 pools and hot tubs in the complex, along with tennis, pickleball.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The thing I love about this unit is the location. It’s in a quite garden like setting that’s perfect to enjoy a view of lush green gardens, and the pool, and the backdrop is the San Jacinto Mountains. There are walking paths on the property, 4 salt water pools heated to 86 degrees all year long and 4 hot tubs, all nestled under tall palm trees and pines. Hiking trails right across the street.
