As guests at Reserva Conchal, you receive full access to the award-winning par 71, Robert Trent Jones II golf course and the Conchal Beach Club which includes a spa, ïŹtness center, business hub, bar, two restaurants, a swimming pool, and the white sands and warm waters of Playa Conchal with free use of stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Guests of Condo 101 also have full access to the network of hiking and biking trails crisscrossing Reserva Conchal. Enjoy hiking the peaceful jungle trails replete with tropical birds, howler monkeys, coatimundis and iguanas, or hit the outdoor courts for a game of tennis.

wonderful stay

The overall property of Reserva Conchal is beautiful. The facilities have so much to offer such as two pools, a restaurant,and the beach is a short drive from the unit (six minutes to be exact). The beach is beautiful and has shade with chairs and towels provided. The sunset from the beach is breathtaking. There are little towns close by with excellent restaurants. (there is no shortage of restaurants). It was nice to have the W hotel so close by to sit at the bar and have drinks as well as go for dinner (its a hip hotel with beautiful pool although we were unable to use it, it was still within view to enjoy). The property management company were excellent with quick responses every time. The unit itself was very nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and it was so fun to see the howlers in the trees each day. The ocean is visible from the balcony. There is also a pool on the property which made it convenient if you didn't want to go down to the clubhouse. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would go back in a heartbeat!
