A beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Pool and Ocean View 1st floor condo. Step out of your condo to the pool - take the stairs on your right to a semi private beach - or walk around the corner to the famous Playa Flamingo beach - considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Guanacaste with its white sand and turquoise water!

This condo also has a flat screen TV with surround sound, king size bed in master, and washer & dryer in condo. Close to restaurants, transit, and grocery stores.

Stay comfortably in Playa Flamingo at this 2-bedroom condo. This amazing property offers a tranquil and soothing atmosphere for guests to unwind. The bedrooms feature a king bed, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With amenities like AC, hair dryer, WiFi, and a washing machine, your stay will be convenient and hassle-free. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a refreshing shower. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Playa Flamingo and our condo has to offer.

We loved staying at this condo! It was beautiful & a great location. Very walkable to beach, restaurants etc. The pool was perfect! I highly recommend staying here.

Location and views! This spot was gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. TV was simple to use with all apps available. Bunkbeds were great for our 2 older children and the pack-n-play was available for our toddler. The condition was like-new! And there was a sound machine. A couple of sand toys, umbrella and chairs were available in a closet too. Perfect to keep the kiddos bus at the beach located down a staircase. Check in & out was easy with a key pad. Recommend!

Beautiful condo on a hill above the beach. Pool was warm and perfect for laps. Home was exactly as pictured. Hosts were proactive, friendly and helpful. Very walkable location. Definitely pick this place. We could not have been happier with our choice. I'd come again so I can sit on the couch and still see the kids in the pool and then walk down the steps to the perfect little beach.

This was exactly as advertised: lovely renovation, well-stocked and comfortable property. The small beach down the stairs was surprisingly great. Walking distance to everything in town, as well as the main beach (which had a lot of street traffic when we were there over Christmas, for sunset-catchers: cannot imagine driving to the beach!). There is even a small market and great taco place steps from the unit. Walking distance to the marina where all the tours leave from. Overall great location with beautiful views. Secure parking behind a gate, security guard on site and friendly caretakers. Seemed like a nice mix of owners staying in their units and visitors renting. Not a massive, sprawling property: it was a very nice, chill vibe. I really appreciated the hosts excellent communication. We travel a lot and mostly book vacation rental by owner, and the hosts answered all of my numerous (honestly, I’m embarrassed about all the questions I seemed to have this trip!) extremely quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cute condo

We had a great stay. The property managers are super fast to respond to questions. The condo is recently renovated and spotless. So cute - walk out onto the pool. Location is part way up the hill overlooking the marina. A little hike but not too strenuous. Definitely stay here again.

Stunning Place

Property & Condo was wonderful! Quiet Place with Stunning Views! Excellent Location! Had small issue with door code but was corrected immediately by property manager, no issue whatsoever. Would definitely stay again and hopefully next year! Very Much Appreciated!!
