Loved that it was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Condo was very clean and spacious. Loved that it had two bathrooms, even though it was only my husband and I. Would stay here again.
The description is exactly as described and is just beautiful. Plenty of room, spotless, nicely appointed kitchen, and comfortable bed. Loved the outside deck. Would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It is very spacious and having two bathrooms was wonderful! There is a large balcony the stretches outside the living room and the bedroom.. The place is very nicely decorated, well stocked with items and it felt very comfortable being there..
Overall a good stay, we have stayed in another unt in this complex before. Good location, nice pool. Only complaints are minor, poor kitchen layout, fridge door doesn't even open 90 degrees and the bedroom AC is noisy and discharges its' condensate on the lanai.

The room has been updated and is very nice. Pool is a little small but didn't seem to have many people using it. Short walk (3 blocks) to Kona strip but at night the road is very dark and no sidewalks. Make to take a small flashlight.
Kona Pacific one bedroom suite was very clean, well stocked with kitchenware, roomy and nicely decorated. The King bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great as after a day at beach, it was wonderful to cool down. Thereâs also 2 bathrooms in the suite. We used the pool and barbecue area a couple times and they were well maintained. The condo is in within walking distance to downtown Kailua where thereâs a good selection of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed breakfast on the roomy lanai every morning which a had a partial view of the ocean. Overall a well maintained condo which we would stay at again. Thank you.
This condo is exactly as advertised. Spacious, well equipped, great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the heart of Kona (and thatâs coming from an eighty year old). The ocean view from the lanai is even better than the photos show. We had initial problems with the tv and internet but these were promptly addressed by the management company. We did notice a âbugâ problem but we were in a tropical climate. They did set traps.
Fabulous property. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful accommodations. 2 full baths and full kitchen. The unit looks almost brand new. Lots of space and the balcony was huge (10âx30â Iâd say) with nice furniture and access from the living room and bedroom. You can see the ocean when lying in the master bed! Buildings across the parking lot but no real windows in them so it was actually quite private. We were just 2 adults but there was a pull-out couch but I didnât look at the quality however with two full baths itâd be great for two couples. I had rented a Ford Edge which fit in the parking spot no problem.
This place was a gem! Not a bug seen.
This unit is excellent. I love that it has AC as some units I have rented in the past in Hawaii do not. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a great time. The owner even had a congratulations gift for us that had several thoughtful things in it that was much appreciated. It was very convenient having 2 bathrooms so both my wife and I could get ready at the same time.
The only point of confusion for me was how to unload our stuff. It took me a minute to find the assigned parking space and it was not very convenient to bring things in and out if you have a lot of stuff. If you simply have 1 suitcase though, this will not be an issue for you at all.
All in all, we loved the property and fell in love with the Big Island and hope to be back!

One of the nicest Hawaiian condos we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was better stocked than at home. Beautifully decorated and very, very clean. Great location.
The condo unit was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Everything in Kona town is within a short walk and the location off the main drag is perfect as you avoid the crowds of people and vehicle traffic on Ali'i Drive. I highly recommend this property.
We enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to several restaurants and shopping areas. The complex as a whole was very nice. We enjoyed the pool on the days that we didnât go to the beach.
Very clean, quiet, walking distance to Alii dr. Shopping and restaurants. The unit we stayed in was beautiful the lanai was large, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!
What a great property, would highly recommend for couples! Had a wonderful time and found this was a quiet location with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. Parking was included, truly a plus!
