Welcome to historic Savannah! Our updated and newly renovated home is in prime downtown location and just two blocks from the famous Forsyth Park. Our single level home has an open concept floor plan, with plenty of room for dining, cooking, entertaining or just relaxing. The spacious open floor plan allows for an abundance of natural light and plenty of built in storage. Enjoy relaxing on your private front porch while enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset at night!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this property! Great location, plenty of parking. You could practically walk anywhere. Very convenient to the interstate. Would definitely stay here again while in the area.

The home to very clean which we appreciated and functional. I will say the quality was perhaps not quite what we expected for the price and pictures. One mattress was quite squeaky and saggy with a pillow without a pillowcase and another one was ripped. The kitchen had what we needed but was somewhat sparse with a broken drawer that didn't close.So overall, the quality was a bit lower than expected but it still had what we needed to serve our purposes during our stay!

It was a nice place to stay and within walking distance to most everything. Jake was very responsive to questions. The only issue we had was not knowing where to park when we got there bc street was full of construction vans. Might want to put in description that you can also park in the back. Two of the beds were squeaking and also missing mattress pads.Overall, though, a good place to stay!

A very good experience overall. Spacious rental with plenty of room to get comfortable and stretch out. Host was great to work with.Location was a bit dingy, but the house was on a nice street. Kitchen was a little barebones. Laundry room lacking (which I knew of beforehand).Had a nice time at the house.

Great place

The property met our expectations. It had everything we needed. The location is great for walking to most everything and if you don't feel like walking Ubers are super quick to and from the location. Its very close to Forsyth Park.

Savannah Stay

We had a lovely stay at this home! It is located in a quiet area of the city, around the corner from Forsyth park. The apartment was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Jake was very responsive in answering all questions before and during our stay. We can’t wait to visit beautiful Savannah again!

Nice place to stay as a family with good location

We traveled with 2 small kids and grandma. This place is a perfect size for the 5 of us. We also love the location being so walkable to the Forsyth Park. Communication with the host is smooth. Thank you for hosting us! We hope to visit Savannah again (maybe in a less hot weather.

Quick stop on the way to Miami

This is a very well appointed, clean space in a great location. Easily accessible from the highway, within easy walking distance to downtown Savannah, but far enough away from the crowds and noise. The neighborhood is safe enough that I felt comfortable letting my teenage kids wander to the nearby squares alone. The common area is very spacious with a lot of room to spread out. Jake, the owner, was communicative and very accommodating. We’ll definitely make this a spot to save for the next time we pass through.

The host was great, location and parking good, close to large park for kids but the unit had some issues. In the kitchen there were two broken cabinets, a drawer that didn’t close, broken faucet and broken window above the sink. The bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall and there were light bulbs missing in a few spots in the ceiling. The front porch chair was broken as well. There apparently hadn’t been much cleaning behind / under the couch as we found a collection of dirt, food, a playing card, etc. I explained all this to the host who [I’m confident] we address these issues immediately.

Savannah Exploration

Nice place, short walking distance to most tour meetups/some museums 0.4-0.6 miles, and about 0.8-1mile away from the river front area. Lower level apartment, people above have kids that seemed to run around alot rather loudly til after midnight, granted we visited while schools were out.

They property was comfortable accept the neighbors above us they were quite loud all hours of the night. Also on my listing it stated a hot tub or spa tub there are neither on property. Besides that we enjoyed the property very well and Jake was great to work with.

Tidy place

The location is a little further out from all the shops and restaurants than I was hoping for. The place was very tidy and clean. The backyard could use a little maintenance. The ice maker was not working when I arrived but the owner was made aware and he stated he would have it fixed. The pressure in the shower is very low not sure if that’s a building issue or not. Overall the place was great and worth staying at.
