It's professionally decorated to reflect the classic Old Florida style that will make you feel right at home. It also comes with a 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and bikes to make cruising around 30A and to the beach a breeze! The home is conveniently located near Publix and a few of the many parks, playgrounds, and nature trails that WaterColor is known for! In addition, guests of this home will also have full access to the WaterColor Beach Club. Here guests can enjoy multiple restaurants, chair service, and a multi-level pool that allows everyone in your group to have fun!
The home has a recently renovated kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, custom wooden cabinetry, and sparkling white countertops. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and 6 at the dining table, so everyone has room to enjoy a meal together. The living area also has multiple chairs and sofas surrounding the flat-screen TV and access to the screened porch. The porch located in the back of the house has a cozy bed swing and additional seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee outside.
