Welcome to "Goodness and Mer-Sea" at 446 Western Lake Drive—a coastal escape in WaterColor's Park District where charm meets elegance. This 4-bedroom retreat with designer furnishings and high-end appliances, features expansive porches and an inviting open floor plan perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Step inside, where a cozy living room with a gas fireplace flows seamlessly into a chef's kitchen and a dining area that seats eight. Beautiful home for a perfect family vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Location is quiet and convenient to all Watercolor amenities. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was the perfect home base for our family with young kids over spring break. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful Week

We had a great spring break and this house made it happen. Location is prime. We walked everywhere unless we wanted to take the house golf cart or bikes out. The SBR staff was amazing and graced us with a welcome bottle of wine and charcuterie board. We celebrated my son's 7th birthday while there and we are so thankful for the core memories made this week. Thank you!

Spring break in Watercolor never disappoints. This house was wonderful. Comfortably accommodated 8 of us. Location was great - short walk to everything. The golf cart was a nice addition - very helpful for my older parents. House was beautiful, clean, and the management company was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.
