This home has great charm! Everything you want in a cozy beach house set on a private road. Large yard with great sunset views. It is centrally located in Narragansett where you are close to many area beaches (1-3 miles radius), shopping, restaurants and The Block Island Ferry!!
The bedrooms and the living room have air condition window units installed. There is a patio with gas grill and a yard. It is at the end of a private road so its very quiet!
The outside of the house has a new walkway wrapping around the front house to a new patio that seats 6 people with a gas grill overlooking the back yard. In the spring/ summer time there was new landscaping done !and more to come!

Lovely property with a Private and Peaceful Backyard

Had a lovely week-long stay with family. Close to Scarborough Beach and amenities. Highly recommended!

Perfect Long Weekend

Great location and very clean. Near so many beaches and the Block Island Ferry. Everything was made so easy that I only had one tiny question right before checking out. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to go back.

Great time at Narragansett

Just about everything you needed. A great house for 3 couples and a baby. Close to everything but you'll need to take a car to get to the beach. We would stay here again.

All around lovely property

The house is set back off the main drag - really close to beaches and restaurants and stores. The home is spacious, well decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. We loved it! The property manager was super responsive as well. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderfull House and Location

This property was well maintained and very clean. Gorgeous beach vibe decorations. My suggestions are a clothesline for Beach Towels, hangers for closet and Hooks on the door for clothing. Really enjoyed are stay.

Family Trip 2023

This house is a great place to stay when heading to Narragansett. Clean, cozy and comfortable! Our family loved it! It is close to most beaches but off a busy road. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend the house. Diane is also a pleasure to work with.

Lovely, clean home

My family & I enjoyed our stay at this lovely clean home. It is well cared for and had everything needed during our stay (games, plates, cooking items). You can tell Diane puts thought into having what’s needed & decorating to make it feel comfortable.

Perfect House

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was immaculately clean and absolutely adorable. The house was equipped with anything needed; even games! It truly was the perfect spot for my family. The backyard is very private and it was so nice having our morning coffee on the patio. I will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant place, super clean and accessible to grocery, Port Judith Light House and Ferry to B.I.R.I

Comfort of bed in Master bedroom has it's own full bath which is top rated, and two separate bedrooms for other family members w/ it's own bathroom. Grill is clean and prepared for meals. 10+ for efficiency and cleanliness. We will choose this home again for our next visit.

Spotless house with great layout

The house looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean and had a nice layout for sleeping, eating and cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a great dinner of fish we bought in Galilee Port only a few mintues away! Communication with the host was easy and the checkout procedure was a breeze (unlike some other places i've stayed in the past). Can't beat the location if you want to be near the beaches and local restaurants, but the house also felt private and set back from the busy roads. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location

We didn’t spend much time at the house because we were in Narragansett to attend a wedding but I can say the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great. It always took us around 15 minutes or less to get anywhere we needed to go. One suggestion - since there is no street sign you might want to point out the red and white striped pipe by the mail boxes that we ended up using as a landmark to find the road. We missed the turn the first time we arrived.
