We absolutely loved and cherished the back yard. It was secluded and enchanting!It was a great location not far from the beach. Kerri was an amazing host and very helpful when or if we needed it. She communicated very well with us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Very enjoyable.

Great get away

The property was perfect for our family and mini-golden doodle, especially with the lovely backyard. It was close town making it easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by a sparkling home we settled right in. Super comfortable, nothing was overlooked, right down to the little coffee creamers. Kerri was responsive, earnest and on point. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Thanksgiving

We enjoyed our stay at the house for Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive, even offering to shop for anything we needed for our holiday meal. Location was great and our dogs loved the backyard! We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay

A great place to stay. House was beautiful and the location was perfect for us to spend time with our family around Narragansett prior to our son’s wedding. Kerri was a brilliant host, very accommodating in our needs and the communication was always timely and informative. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Weekend stay

We stayed to celebrate 2 birthdays and to be closer to our son, who lives in Connecticut. This was a perfect respite. The rental was beautiful and perfect for our purpose. We had a great time at the beaches and in the wonderful restaurants nearby.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Kerri very clearly works hard to make her guests feel welcomed and at home. Her home was clean and full of special touches. Close to restaurants, beaches, biking, hiking and kayaking, the location worked well for our family. Also close to Newport and several walkable "Main Street" areas in neighboring towns. Kerri was communicative and an overall amazing host. Highly recommended!

A Nice Little Oasis

Beautiful property in South Kingstown that is minutes away from beaches, ferries, dining, fishing, and casino. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we were able to bring our 2 small dogs. Really enjoyed our stay here with all the wonderful flowers and wildlife (deer in the neighbors yard almost every morning). Definitely will rent again.

Perfect cozy home and location

Home and gardens were immaculate ,stunning and heart filled with the most elegant solar lighting around the bonfire area . Such a special space , comfortable and relaxing immediately . Easy access to kayak with beautiful views . Perfect home and location to explore the beauty of RI. Great communication from host entire trip. Highly recommend !!

Great weekend exploring the Narrow River

Kerri’s home is amazing ! Cozy and comfortable …clean and so welcoming. We brought out two “pups” and they loved roaming in the yard. The landscaping is just beautiful and weather was perfect. We can’t wait to visit again !!! Thank you Kerri !!!

Coastal Delight

We had a terrific stay. The house was clean and had many lovely touches, a fully equipped kitchen, and was well located near several great beaches where we could swim and bring our dogs along. The home's fenced in yard perfect for our pets replete with firepits and nice deck. Visits to Jamestown and Newport in shoulder season we highly recommend! Owner Kerri very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.

Booking and check-in were both smooth and easy. The property and neighborhood were even more beautiful than the pictures. Super clean… looks like a house featured on Better Home and Gardens. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be booking again when I’m in the area.
