Charmant condo dans la section historique de Hyannis

Caché derriÚre la rue Main, cette unité de condo fin lumineuse et joliment meublées est à distance de marche des commerces, restaurants, et à moins de 2 pùtés de maisons de Hyannis Port avec les chansons de l'artiste et vue sur l'océan restaurants. Plage de vétéran est inférieure à un mile et le col de la plage qui est inclus avec le condo vous permet de visiter toutes les plages de la ville de Barnstable (6 villages, y compris Hyannis = beaucoup, beaucoup de plages de choix!) La propriété est située dans le quartier historique de Hyannis connue comme la rangée de Sea Captain.
La chambre principale a un lit queen, deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, il ya aussi un canapé-lit. 4-6 personnes peuvent confortablement rester ici. Il y a une télévision avec DirecTV (des centaines de chaßnes) le long d'un magnétoscope / lecteur DVD. WIFI est maintenant inclus!
Une bibliothĂšque de livres et de films (adultes et enfants) est disponible pour les clients. Il ya un manger dans la cuisine complĂšte.
Stationnement hors rue pour 2 voitures.

Jan went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and provided many suggestions on how we could spend our time well. Also included old Beach chairs, etc. Excellent location.

The stay was great you feel welcome as soon as you enter very clean and tidy with plenty of supplies for the week. The condo is downtown and yet it is still very quiet. Definitely will be staying there again.

Perfect condo!

We had a lovely stay at Janis’ condo in Hyannis! We woke up every morning to the delicious smells of fresh baked cookies from the Kayak cookie bakery right behind the condo! The condo was a great location, just a minute walking distance from downtown Hyannis. We brought our bikes and biked down to the harbor (5 min bike ride) to catch the ferry to Nantucket. The condo had plenry of amenities and everything you would need to have a fabulous stay, including boogie boards and sand toys, beach gear, lots of kitchen necessities, etc. The condo is also pretty centralized from all the places in the Cape we wanted to visit! It was clean, the air conditioner was lovely, and the games, books and TV options were nice extras that made time at the condo a fun place to spend time and relax! We will definitely book again the next time we visit the Cape!

Great location

The unit was just as expected by the description. It had everything that we needed and was comfortable for our family of 4. The location is so convenient for walking to shops and restaurants, while at the same time noise was not an issue.

Ideal location for everything in Hyanus. We walked to everything. Port, shops, restaurants, the train is across the street. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a beautiful Cape cod vacation!

Cape Cod summer

Wonderful condo in a great location. Perfect size for our family of 3. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Short drive to beaches and the National Seashore is within about 30 minutes. Biking on the CCBT was enjoyable. Very important to us is having convenient charging for our EV. There are chargers practically across the street from the condo at the transit station. Free charging and less than a 5 minute walk.

Delight in Hyannis, MA

This place was a find!! It had everything one could ask for (& more). I found it immaculate & nicely decorated. The weather went from hot & humid to cool & windy during our stay. The A/C minisplits kept us comfortable through it all. We enjoyed the beach pass despite the weather. Janis’ feedback & suggestions were timely & friendly. I recommend this accommodation

Sister's vacation

Excellent location, good wifi, beach pass, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, Hyannis ferry, JFK, etc. Kayak cookies next door smelled delicious. Easy parking too.

Condo in perfect location

The location of the condo is wonderful. Around the corner from Main St, but quiet so we could have a restful night. Many sites were walkable from the condo. The beds were comfortable and we had enough space for our family of 4. Highly recommend for a Cape Cod vacation.

Excellent property in great location

The property was everything that we hoped for. Clean and comfortable with all the appliances we needed. The beach pass is a bonus. Location ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and for visiting other parts of Cape Cod.

Nice condo right off of main street. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Located right behind a cookie bakery... The aroma was WONDERFUL. Jan is incredibly nice and a pleasure to do business with.

This great location saved our week on the Cape. The weather was cold and wet but the house was comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to all the sites and shopping in Hyannis.

Location, Location, Location!
Since the 1970s, 'The Cape' has been part of my life. My folks had a house in Hyannis for many years, and it was then I fell in love with the 'village' of Hyannis! One of my dreams was to have a place of my own to 'get away' from it all, be able to park my car and just walk everywhere. That's what this place provides...a central location where I can just walk and enjoy the fantastic views of the harbor and the ocean. I hope you will love the location and my special place as much as I do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

One of the special things I love about this property is during the summer when the windows are open and the beautiful breeze is cooling the indoors, I can hear the sound of the boats and ferries with their deep sounding horns as they enter the harbor.
