Amazing house

The property was absolutely perfect, it was in the perfect position close to hyannis and all the major roads, we had no issues with any of the amenities at the property, loved sitting and watching the wildlife around the property, really cannot praise this house enough

Fall getaway with the family! The home was lovely, just as pictured. Centrally located for an easy ride east to ptown or west to Mashpee or Falmouth. Great restaurants and activities in the area!!

Enjoyable stay!

Extremely clean...bed very comfortable. This property, in our opinion is better suited for warmer weather, not winter. A light for the entrance would be helpful if arriving after dark.

The house was very quaint and ideal for our stay. Very clean. I was unable to stay the entire time due to commitments at home. My wife having spent her time into her teens on the Cape was in heaven being able to spend the time back there. Being able to visit with her brother and sister and our sons family made my heart happy. Thank you for making her stay special.

Comfortable space close to great beaches and whale watching

We enjoyed this location. It was an easy drive to lovely beaches and lighthouses, whale watching with Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises, shopping/restaurants. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We did not get check-in info until several hours before, but it sounds like this was a glitch due to VRBO. The host was very helpful when we reached out.

Driveway needs some holes filled in. When we went to use a glass out of cupboard we could see lipstick marks🙈. Overall clean.

Very nice centrally located Cape Cod Cottage

The cottage doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s just like the photos inside. Very clean, nicely furnished. TVs in every bedroom and huge TV in the den. Comfortable furniture. Lots of towels, hair dryers, and even extra umbrellas. (It rained). Perfect central location to venture up to Provincetown or down to Falmouth. Main Street Hyannis with lots of shopping and restaurants is 5 minutes away. Very good communication from the hosts. Would book again.

Served Its Purpose

We honestly didn’t spend much time here
just to sleep. It was a girls trip (mom and daughters). The place was spacious and very clean. We liked having 1 1/2 bathrooms. It’s kind of remote even though it’s next to a lot of homes
but it’s at the end of a long driveway. Sliding door didn’t lock but they had a stick in the door to prevent it from opening. Hopefully they get that fixed soon if they haven’t already.

The window in the big bedroom was open 2 inches and would not shut, no screen. No curtains on some of the windows and closets did not look like they had any work done on them, smelt old.
